We had an awesome stay this week! Jeff’s communication from booking all the way to checkout was top‑notch. The condo was super clean and unbelievably close to the beach. We’d 100% stay here again!

The condo was fantastic. The checkout time was extremely inconvenient. It was advertised as 10am but was actually 9 am. Not sure if that was because I was on eastern time when I booked the property or something else. Also the beach was literally steps away which was super exciting until we realized that was a private beach and we had to walk 1/4 mile down the beach to get to a public one. Not that big of a deal but I assumed if the property is on the private beach a person staying there would have access. Otherwise the condo was fantastic. Very clean except the ceiling fans. Very nicely decorated. Lots of fresh towels. Had everything we needed. Overall it was a wonderful stay.

We had an incredible stay at this oceanside condo! Perfect for our family of four, it is beautifully updated and we had everything we needed - including beach towels, chairs, a backpack cooler and even plenty of laundry / dishwasher pods (a pleasant surprise:) The ocean access is literally steps across the front yard and a quaint neighborhood street - so easy to run across whenever you feel like it - and there are 2 community pools! We would definitely stay here again, highly recommend. Jeff was so easy to communicate with and so kind - we can’t thank you enough!

We had a wonderful stay at this condo in Seacrest! The location is perfect—right on 30A with super easy access to the beach. The condo was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. We loved being able to quickly get to nearby restaurants and shops, and the beach access couldn’t have been more convenient. Our host, Jeff, was so helpful and quick to reply to any questions we had. We’ll definitely be coming back—highly recommend!

Great location the BEST stay!

We loved this condo! It was renovated to perfection and the location was great. The shuttle service to the beach was a great bonus with the nicest drivers. We loved having access to the lake that flowed into the ocean. This gives you an option for smaller kids to play in the water when the waves are too big. Would definitely stay here again! Jeff was amazing to book with and answered all our questions.

Excellent trip!

Great spot for family with teens. Lots to do and many places to go. The property is clean and well maintained. Nice pool, played tennis every day, and the bike rental on property was super convenient. The host contacted us via telephone on the way in with all the particulars and a list of recommendations for restaurants and places to go. A very nice touch! We had a blast in a great place to stay. Will rent from him again...

Truly perfect!!! We had the best time and were amazed with how well stocked everything was. It was so nice traveling and not having to bring any beach supplies (even beach towels!). The place was beyond clean and we loved the location. The patio and 1st floor spot was superb. It felt very private yet a short drive to our favorite restaurants. Everything is really thought out and Jeff was a great host! We will for sure be back.

We really enjoyed our stay on 30A in the condo. It was the perfect size for our family of 4. The beach access is close walking distance and we were able to set our young adults loose on the beach on their own. The owners provide everything you need for a beach day with chairs, coolers, beach & pool toys, too! The porch is well appointed to dine al fresco or to just sit and enjoy beach breezes while listening to music on the aux speaker provided! The kitchen is well appointed and has what you need to make simple vacation type meals. The bedrooms and bathrooms are clean and comfortable. The host is super responsive & helpful via the VRBO app! We would definitely stay again. The unit met all of our vacation needs and we left super rested and relaxed!
