Property is located in a residential community where most neighbors have called this place home for generations. The home is 2 minutes away from main road #107 and 5 minutes from Crash Boat Beach. The music of one neighboring hotel reaches easily our backyard through the ocean side, there is a valley of vegetation separating it from the house.

On your drive in, you'll find covered parking for your convenience and additional spaces within the gates for your vehicles. The drive path leads to a restored antique bar setting overlooking the patio. From there, you also see the BBQ area, complete with a gazebo for outdoor cooking, all surrounded by mango trees, coconut palms, and meandering trailways.

Climbing upstairs, a very spacious outdoor terrace awaits, featuring connecting sectional sofas and a dining table for 12. The 180-degree scenic views provide an ideal backdrop to watch the sun setting over the horizon. The modern, dark-floor infinity pool, measuring 12' x 28' and 5'8'' deep, is ideal to cool you off without missing a beat from the neighboring hotel's musical ambiance.

Inside, fully equipped kitchen with stainless steal appliances, stone counter top, stools, and an additional quaint breakfast table with Desecheo Island on the background which opens up to a carved wood dining table for 6. On the living room, a 65'' smart TV in front of a large sectional for your nights in. Windows throughout the home allow the view to be admired and breeze to flow. For a good night's rest, the property has 5 cozy bedrooms with inverter air conditioning units.
