Stayed here for my wedding and I’m so glad I did. The place is gorgeous and kept in a clean state. Lighting is wonderful as well. Host responded super quick and kindly to any questions I had for them and for that I am very grateful. Already looking forward to my next stay!

Wir hatten fĂŒr 11 Tage das kleine Chalet mit Pool gebucht. Bei Ankunft fanden wir fĂŒr 3 Schlafzimmer nur je 1 Handtuch vor. Entgegen der Ausstattungsbeschreibung gab es keine Waschmaschine, keinen BBQ Grill und keine Feuerstelle. Auch Outdoor-StĂŒhle waren nicht vorhanden. Die Treppe zum Untergeschoss ist noch im Bauzustand und fĂŒhrt zu einer verschlossenen TĂŒr.Die Zufahrt zum Haus besteht aus aufgeschĂŒttetem Sand und Steinen, der Zugang zum Haupteingang Sand-Kieshaufen mit Treppe, die erste Stufe ca. 50cm hoch und sehr schlecht zu erreichen. Garten ist nicht vorhanden ( GrundstĂŒck im Wald, unbefestigte Strasse ).Nach 4 Tagen wurden uns endlich zusĂ€tzliche HandtĂŒcher gebracht.Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter dauert 14 Tage nach Abreise immer noch an und ausser verbalen Entschuldigungen haben wir bisher keine Entschaedigung erhalten. FĂŒr kurze Aufenthalte ist das Haus zu empfehlen, insbesondere wenn man den Aussenpool nutzen kann. Mobiliar, Betten und Ausstattung sind modern, zweckmaessig und wie beschrieben. Wir haben uns selbst CampingstĂŒhle fĂŒr die kleine Terrasse gekauft.Der Poolservice kam 2x.Schnelles WLAN und TV funktionierten einwandfrei.Preis-LeistungsverhĂ€ltnis und Gastgeber ist daher nur3.

TrĂšs mauvaise expĂ©rience avec l’hĂŽte de ce chalet. Nous l’avons rĂ©servĂ© pour un week-end de dĂ©tente en famille le 05 Novembre pour le 28-29. Le 26 au soir j’écris Ă  l’hĂŽte pour m’assurer que le spa est fonctionne car c’était la raison principal du choix de ce chalet . Il me rĂ©pond qu’il voulait justement m’écrire pour me dire que le spa est en maintenance .. pas lui avoir Ă©cris probablement que j’aurais eu la surprise.. je demande si je vais avoir une compensation si il est pas fonctionnel car je n’aurais pas pu jouir de tout les services qui avaient Ă©tĂ© dĂ©critent dans l’annonce. Finalement le 27 novembre (la veille de notre dĂ©part pour aller Ă  ce chalet) il m’annonce qu’il annule la rĂ©servation 
 je lui avait pourtant spĂ©cifiĂ© que nous allions quand mĂȘme prendre le chalet mĂȘme sans le spa vue que c’était le lendemain 
 bref le week-end dĂ©tente c’est avĂ©rĂ© un vrai stresse Ă  cause de cet hĂŽte..

Nous comprenons Ă©galement votre frustration concernant l'annulation de la rĂ©servation, surtout aprĂšs avoir dĂ©jĂ  pris la dĂ©cision de profiter du chalet malgrĂ© l'absence du spa. Votre retour est prĂ©cieux et nous en tiendrons compte pour amĂ©liorer notre communication et garantir Ă  nos futurs invitĂ©s une expĂ©rience agrĂ©able et sans accroc.
