Welcome to your beautiful adults-only Cabo penthouse, a peaceful and exceptionally clean retreat created for travelers who appreciate comfort, quality, and thoughtful details.

THE CONDO

The condo accommodates up to four adults and features two comfortable bedrooms: a spacious primary bedroom with a king bed and a second bedroom with a queen bed. There are two full bathrooms and a bright, open living space designed for relaxing after a day in Cabo.

The home has been completely updated and thoughtfully furnished from floor to ceiling. Guests enjoy high-quality bedding, soft towels, fast Wi-Fi, Smart TVs, air conditioning, in-unit laundry, and a fully stocked kitchen with everything needed for a comfortable short or extended stay.

PRIVATE ROOFTOP AND OCEAN VIEWS

The highlight of the home is the private rooftop terrace with beautiful views of Cabo San Lucas Bay and the surrounding landscape. The rooftop includes comfortable seating, dining space, and a grill, perfect for morning coffee, sunset cocktails, or a relaxed dinner under the Cabo sky.

PROPERTY AMENITIES

Guests also have access to the two outdoor pool, modern fitness center, secure building access, and onsite parking.

LOCATION

The condo is conveniently located in a hillside neighborhood near downtown Cabo San Lucas, the marina, restaurants, shopping, and Médano Beach. The marina is approximately a 14-minute downhill walk, and Médano Beach is about a 9-minute drive. Taxis and Uber are readily available for the return trip or for exploring the surrounding area.

PERSONAL WELCOME AND CONCIERGE SERVICES

Either your host or a member of our wonderful onsite team will welcome you, help you through the gate, and make sure you’re comfortably settled. Grocery stocking before arrival and local concierge assistance can also be arranged upon request for an additional fee.

HOUSE EXPECTATIONS

This is a peaceful residential property best suited for couples, friends traveling together, and respectful adult guests looking for a beautifully maintained home in Cabo.

The primary renter must be at least 25 years old and be staying at the property throughout the reservation. The maximum occupancy is four adults. Parties, events, smoking, and unregistered overnight guests are not permitted.



PET POLICY

One house-trained dog weighing less than 20 pounds is permitted with a $150 pet fee. Dogs may not be left unattended or allowed on beds or furniture. Guests are responsible for removing pet waste and for any pet-related damage or excessive cleaning.

EXTENDED-STAY REQUIREMENT

Reservations of 15 nights or longer require one $165 mid-stay housekeeping and property-care service. The service includes laundering of the sheets and towels, a thorough condo cleaning, and a routine maintenance check. The visit will always be scheduled with the guest in advance. Washing dishes and organizing personal belongings are not included.

WATER AND ELECTRICITY CONSERVATION

Water and electricity are valuable resources in Cabo. Please keep exterior doors and windows closed while the air conditioning is running and do not set the A/C below 22°C or 72°F. We appreciate guests turning off the air conditioning and lights whenever they leave the condo.
