We had lived in many regions of the country before settling in New England. We fell in love with Nantucket in 1990 and bought our first property in 1995. We bought "Nevermoor" in 2007 and have continued to develop the four acres into what we consider a haven on a treasured island. We love sharing it with our family, friends and guests.
Why they chose this property
Four acres of privacy with an estate compound feel. Once on the property you feel you've arrived at a private resort.
What makes this property unique
Close proximity to the ocean, Sconset and town. We lived on the harbor side of the island previously, but truly prefer the Southeast quadrant. Besides it's proximity to town, Sconset and beaches, there are no mosquitoes and very rarely any flying insects! There's a micro climate in Tom Nevers that few talk about but we as homeowners will brag about.
