Beautiful home! Check in was very easy and the owners are extremely responsive to questions/concerns. The only downside is that we were not allowed to have visitors (which I can understand why) but regardless we had a great time! Would definitely recommend this rental to those traveling to Puerto Rico.

Property was very nice and location was good. The property owner needs to leave instructions for guests to operate the AC system and the TV. I would suggest a three ring binder with instructions for guests. It would be helpful to include nearest hospital or medical facility. We were told to respect neighbors and be quiet. Unfortunately, the 3 dogs next door did not get the same memo. Very noisy and annoying.

For guest convenience, the home includes a digital guidebook with important house information, including property details, helpful instructions, and nearby medical facilities, as we aim to provide a streamlined, paperless experience. The AC system is also operated through the wall-mounted digital thermostat in the home. As no questions or concerns were shared with us during your stay, we did not have the opportunity to assist in real time, and we would have been happy to help with anything that may have been unclear. We’re sorry to hear that noise from neighboring dogs affected your experience. The property is located in a residential neighborhood where local residents live full time with their families and pets, so some degree of normal neighborhood activity may occasionally be present. This is the first time we have received this type of comment regarding the dogs nearby. For travelers seeking a more controlled environment with minimal residential interaction, a hotel-style setting may at times be a better fit than a home in a lived-in neighborhood. Thank you again for your stay and for taking the time to share your thoughts.
