What a beautiful home. They say location, location, location . . . well this home has that going for it! It sets off the beaten path surrounded by trees and beauty yet is a short and quick drive to anything and everything. Had we wanted to cook, the kitchen was fully equipped and spacious. We enjoyed the hot tub in the evening however not all of the jets work. This would be a great property for a group. The home is spacious and comfortable.

The host was excellent. The home was very nice and super family friendly. We appreciated the Christmas tree and all the extras. (shampoos, paper towels, laundry detergent, hot tub) We felt very at home!

Excellent Host- very responsive! The cabin was perfect for our big family. Loved having 2 king suites. The upstairs king suite has an amazing shower & toms of space in the room. Everyone has their own bathroom which is so convenient with teens. Drive way and downstairs area very accessible for our older family members. The backyard was so spacious with awesome firepit. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others!

This place is wonderful. We visit Gatlinburg often and this is one of the best places I've ever stayed. Unfortunately it rained our whole trip. The area and yard are just lovely. Hopefully I will get to stay again. The host was very responsive and patient. My friends loved having their own bathroom.

Wonderful Getaway!

My partner and some friends and I all decided to take a long weekend trip. Boy are we glad we chose this place! The cabin is close to all of the things we were wanting to do in Gatlinburg. It was very easy to access, clean, spacious, and the host was so accommodating, bringing extra towels to the cabin for us and including cookies! We will absolutely stay here again!

The location is unbeatable—just a short drive to all the main attractions in Gatlinburg and Dollywood, which made exploring the area so easy and convenient.The cabin itself was clean, cozy, and well-stocked with everything we needed. We especially loved relaxing in the hot tub after a day out and winding down by the fire pit in the evenings. Relaxing and roomy

It was roomy and spacious enough to accomodate 8 to 70 year olds. The kichen was well equipped. The children loved it as much as the adults.

Wonderful Location

Very close to downtown Gatlinburg. Easy to get to. The road is very narrow so just beware and drive slow but it is so beautiful back there. We got to see a bear and a turkey with its babies. It was so relaxing. The kids and adults loved the arcade games. The porch was relaxing and plenty of space for everyone to sit. We had an incredible stay.

We truly enjoyed our time in Gatlinburg & this cabin was wonderful. First of all, I appreciated the open & timely communication with the host. Secondly, the suggested restaurants they provided was a tremendous help. The cabin was beautifully decorated for the Christmas holiday. We had more than enough space and if we were to come back to the mountains, I'd want to stay here. If you have a senior family member with you, having a room on the 1st floor was perfect, only is if they were to do any remodeling, I'd switch that 1st floor bedroom bathroom to a walk in shower. And for privacy it would be nice to maybe put up the window covers that allow you to see out but can't see in for that back dining area.

Our family trip of 7 adults (4 siblings and 3 spouses, all in our 70's) was made even better with the 'perfect' home away from home. The property was easy to find, and close to any venue in Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge that we had decided to explore. The accommodations had everything you could need for fixing a family dinner, making s'mores around the firepit, or relaxing in the hot tub. The owner's communication throughout the booking process and our stay was wonderful. He was quick with responses and ensured a minor issue was resolved quickly. The communication was the best of any VRBO I've stayed at. A lovely place to unwind and enjoy the outdoors and the creatures that live in the area.

Overall, we definitely enjoyed our stay at this home. The location is perfect if you enjoy spending lots of time pursuing activities in downtown Gatlinburg. The yard of the home is perfect for enjoying nature, fire pits and outdoor games! We had repeated visits from a family of bears!. They were so much fun to watch. We also enjoyed a few turkeys wandering on the property. The owners of this home are very easy to deal with and communication with them was top notch. The only reason I did not give this property a five star review is that the cleanliness of the interior as we arrived was VERY upsetting. The previous reviews always stated that the property was nicely cleaned, so we did find this odd. It was VERY MUCH an issue. It was such a problem that we considered leaving, until we discussed the problem with the owner. The owners were FANTASTIC and addressed our issues immediately. They tried to get to the root of why the property was not properly cleaned and they showed us that they understood our concerns and we felt validated. I also must say that the home itself needs some general maintenance overall, with certain aspects of functionality being a slight problem. These things, however, were easily overlooked due to the fact that the location of the home makes up for it. When a maintenance issue arose, the owners immidiately took care of the problem with ease and grace. We ended up enjoying our stay and will definitely return!

This was a perfect location for us, close to Mt. Laconte and downtown Gatlinburg, but also away from crowds. It was a quiet and relaxing place to recover, when the activities of the day were done. I would absolutely stay here again, and we hope to next year. Everyone said their beds were very comfortable, and we spent a lot of time on back deck, watching baby turkeys follow their momma and playing cards. Thank you so much for renting us this lovely home!
