On day of arrival the first night the house took a while to cool down. The rooms are very spacious and all TVs and the hot tub worked. Master shower had two shower heads which was very nice. The water pressure was great and hot water lasted. The kitchen had everything you would need including baking items. The grill was located upstairs. Overall the house was excellent exactly like the photos presented.

We enjoyed our time here! The fenced in yard was perfect for our dog and our toddlers! I do wish we had not had to stop and check in at a different location however the process was very fast and took less than 10 minutes. My only complaint is that there were NO extra blankets at all in the house. However I would still give our stay 5 stars and would definitely stay here again!

WiFi didn’t work, dishwasher had no power and hot tub gave error code “E6:No Heat Power” so it didn’t get hot and master shower door only stayed shut if we put a soap bottle in front of it. We called on Friday morning for WiFi since it was most important and they sent a maintenance man that afternoon who restarted the internet and he couldn’t fix. Management called us at 5pm that day and said they tried to call internet company and left messages but nothing they could do. I informed them of all the issues and they said they would talk to manager but never called us back. We paid more for a house that had a hot tub that was useless, came on vacation to hand wash all of our dishes and couldn’t make our two companies payroll because we couldn’t get online. I was very disappointed that I didn’t even get a call back from them at the bare minimum even now two days later.
