221 East First Street - This second row house features five bedrooms plus a loft, and five baths on two levels. On the main floor, one bedroom has a king bed and one bedroom has a queen. Upstairs, one bedroom has a king bed, one has two singles, and one has two doubles. All bedrooms have TV's and private baths. The dining room table seats six, and there are also three chairs at the kitchen bar for additional seating as well as a small game table for two. Hulu streaming only. Guests must use their login.

Amenities include an 8' X 15' private pool, enclosed outside shower, central heat and air, washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave oven, ceiling fans, and wireless internet. You'll be able to enjoy a shady, relaxing evening on the ocean facing covered decks, or catch some sun rays from the open side of the deck. This property is located approximately midway between Goldsboro and Leland Street beach accesses.

*Sheets, bedspreads, and pillows are provided for each bed to ensure guest comfort and convenience during your stay. Bath towels are supplied for the maximum occupancy of the unit, and all linens are cleaned and maintained to high standards prior to each new occupancy. Linens will be delivered in a labeled bag and placed outside of the door prior to arrival. At the end of your stay, PLEASE PLACE ALL USED LINENS BACK IN THE BAG AND LEAVE IT OUTSIDE THE FRONT DOOR FOR PICK UP. Paper and soap products are not provided. The linen package is included with every reservation and is not optional.*ALL OUR RENTALS ARE NON-SMOKING AND NO PETS ARE ALLOWED.

We had a great stay at this beach house overall, and it worked especially well for a relaxing family beach trip. The location was one of the best parts — easy walk to the beach, quiet at night, and close enough to restaurants and grocery stores that we rarely had to drive far.A few things future guests may want to know:The kitchen was well stocked for basic cooking, but if you plan to cook large meals, you may want to bring extra storage containers, spices, and sharp knives.Wi-Fi worked well for streaming and remote work in most rooms.The house itself was clean and matched the listing photos pretty accurately. Beds were comfortable, and the deck area was a great place to sit in the evenings. The beach access was convenient enough to make multiple trips back and forth during the day without it feeling like a hassle.Overall, we would stay here again and would recommend it to travelers looking for a comfortable, laid-back beach stay with good beach access and enough space for families or small gr
