Take a break and unwind at Cottage By The Sea, offered by High Tide R and R. This peaceful oasis is the perfect coastal getaway! This beautiful 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom beachfront home, complete with a charming, attached casita {that also has a bathroom}, offers breathtaking ocean views and is just a short walk (less than a mile!) to the vibrant Pier Park.

*Note: Cottage By The Sea sleeps 10 guests. You must be 21 years of age or older and attending with the group you are booking for. Guests under 21 must be approved by host prior to booking.

We offer beach equipment service or equipment rental that we can leave at the home for you. If you need a beach umbrella, beach tent, beach wagon and/or beach chairs, let us know and we'll give you a price and leave them at the house for you.

Additionally, we offer baby equipment rental, like highchairs, Pack N Plays, etc. and you may let us know in advance if you need to rent any of those items.

Lastly, we also offer concierge airport pickup service and discounted photography sessions that can be arranged in advance. Please feel free to send us a message or text if you need any of these services arranged for you.

This property has security cameras recording 24/7 at the front door / driveway and backyard that are there strictly to monitor the property when it is unoccupied, ensure occupancy is adhered to and to reference in case of an emergency or accident.

Great Location

Very comfortable home with everything you need for a relaxing beach stay. The large windows give an amazing water view and it is just a short walk to great seafood and Pier Park. We enjoyed this home so much, we have already booked our next stay!

The house well exceeded our expectations, beautifully decorated, very bright and roomy. When you enter the home, you know you’re at the beach. Location is hard to beat. The back patio is a huge bonus. Host was easy to contact and very helpful.A couple of small things- really would’ve liked a bathtub for the 3 small grandchildren and second- even though on a family vacation, would be nice to have more than 1 tv. The kiddos are use to watching their different show's, so there was disagreements over the tv, especially at the stormy times. The adults and teenagers did not get to watch any tv.Would still highly recommend this home.

As a small, family owned and operated local property management company, we appreciate you taking the time to leave this review and value the opinions and suggestions of our guests. Had we known you needed a couple more TV's to really bring your stay "home", we would've brought them to you. We will definitely relay this suggestion to our owner to see if they'd like to add a couple more TV's to the unit for when you come back {wink, wink}. This being a nostalgic, vintage Florida block cottage, this is the way homes were built back then. Messing with plumbing can be tricky, therefore we cannot just add a bathtub willy-nilly, but we will definitely point this out to the owners should bathroom renovations occur! Come back soon!

Beautiful older Florida home, inside and out! Small bathrooms and no bathtub, only an issue for larger men - we were aware of this going into the rental, we made it work.Toys for kids, beach chairs, kayaks- huge plus! Close enough, but far away enough from the busy Pier Park area. Being able to walk to restaurants is a bonus! Quite a bit of traffic, but to be expected with Front Beach Road area.Our neighbor, Miss June, was so sweet. We made sure to follow the rules on noise level to respect her home. A 2nd king bed and more than 1 TV would be lovely, but we made it all work. Would definitely rent this home again, we absolutely loved it. We enjoyed hunting for shark teeth in the morning, swimming in the Gulf midday, watching the sun set in the evenings, and crab hunting at night. Our 3 year old grandson had the best time. Our group found a total of 5 shark teeth while here. Beach was amazing, being here before Memorial Day weekend was ideal, as the beach was not overcrowded at all. Big thanks to Liv for all of the help she provided! Thanks for having us! Til next time!
