We’ve stayed here twice this season. Both stays, we found the studio to be super clean and cozy. It’s perfectly located near the UT campus, and there are plenty of fun food & drink places nearby, even within walking distance. Kristen was quick to respond when we had a question. Hoping this property will be available next time we venture to ATX!

We had a wonderful stay in this gorgeous little studio. It’s recently been remodeled and everything is brand new. It’s well-stocked, clean, and the bed is super comfy. We loved the coffee bar and the variety of drinks in the fridge. We appreciated being able to park right at the front door. The courtyard area was beautiful and we enjoyed relaxing under the tree. Kristin is a great host!

Omg I miss this place, I stayed for 6 nights and it was perfect. The temperature was great, I slept well. The shower was great, the bed was clean and soft and cute. So many great things to say. I loved the kitchen, the fridge, everything was so cute and lux. The entrance felt off the street and private. So may great places to walk to. It was near my friends. The host was great. Very helpful and gave me my space too. Would totally recommend. Thank you so much!

Great location, layout, design. Neighborhood has it all. So much in walking distance. We had a wonderful time. Really up and coming area. Sure some older properties will be bought up and renovated and the pickleball place was closed and for sale when we got there but we always felt safe and loved all the restaurants and cafes nearby. Easy drive to get to downtown, university, river, etc.
