Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Place was clean everything worked. Location was close to just about everything I needed. I only had 1 issue maintenance wise. I Called them up and it was fixed the same day

My cats hair experience

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was the perfect location for school however I am allergic to cats and dogs and I could tell that a cat lived there previously. My blanket on the bed, the coaches the bathroom and the floor was full of cats hair I rest my bag pack on the couch it was covered with hair I put my clothes on the bed it was covered with hair when I walked in my socks on the floor it was full of hair after I cleaned up and went to take a shower the tug drain had cats hair. That was my gross disappointment. I choice smartmove because I have had very good experience but my last 2 apartments weren't honestly.

When we spoke, we offered to have our cleaning team come in for a mid-stay clean on us, you declined and said you would take care of it yourself as it was not too bad. We apologize, and hope you give us another chance in the future - maybe at a different location, on a different price point.
