Super easy to communicate and book. Had most of your necessities, so we didn't have to over pack. Family friendly, good hang out spaces.

Excellent location, plenty of space for large family groups, and lovely decor. The boardgames and beach supplies were a wonderful bonus. The Burns home provided everything you could possibly need for a fun-filled week at the shore!

What a wonderful vacation home! Plenty of room for everyone and having two family rooms was a bonus! The fenced in backyard was enjoyed by our six grandkids and having an outdoor shower with hot/cold water was a plus! Not having to pack linens, towels, cleaning products, sand chairs/toys/cart was huge when having grandkids ranging 9 to 2 years in age with you! The host, Kevin, was very quick to respond to my endless questions! We hope to be back next year!

We stayed here for my daughter's bachelorette weekend. We had 10 girls and there was plenty of room and beds for everyone. It was clean and nicely decorated and conveniently located with just a short walk to the beach. Would definitely stay here again!

Our family enjoyed our stay here. The place was clean, furniture and appliances in good shape. The kitchen/living room space was smaller than expected, but served our family well. We were disappointed that we could not access the back yard. The fence was locked.

Really happy overall

Overall we were very happy. Every room was functionally a bedroom which can give the feeling of being packed in like sardines, but with the location being very good I think you accept some of those tradeoffs and as I said we had a great time and I was quite pleased in the broader context.

We had a great stay at this house!!The house was nice, clean, and we had plenty of room for the kids to enjoy. The kitchen was great for getting our day started before heading to the boardwalk which is a short walk.Luckily, this house is located close to places for the few things that we forgot to pack. The hosts was great! They was quick to respond to questions and very accomidating. This was our first experience with Vrbo and they made it a great one!

Beach Blast 2025

Great house to have a big group. Separation between ground floor and first floor with each space having a sitting area was great way to have teens and younger kids have their own space. Beach towels were great and the beach chairs were nice to have.

The place was as advertised. Clean place and everything we needed was there in the house - towels, sheets, spices. The instructions were clear and check in and check out were easy. Having access to beach chairs was also a bonus. Owner was always quick with communication. The backyard was fantastic. Great area to eat and hang out. My only issue was that the grill needed to be cleaned. We used it and it worked, but it definitely needs a proper cleaning.

Very good experience and interactions with Kevin were smooth and pleasant. The location was great as the property is directly in line with the Convention Center at the end of the boardwalk. Dollar Tree is at the end of the block for groceries. 1 block walk to mini golf with restaurants within a few blocks. The house has a nice layout with 2 BRs, 1 Bath and the Kitchen on the 2nd floor. Additional BRs and a full bath on the 1st floor. Updated kitchen. New 2nd floor deck with vinyl railing. Cute rear yard with furniture and a fire pit. We especially appreciated access to beach chairs and a rolling cart which we transported to the beach with us. We found board games in the living room and a large LED tv. Linens and towels are provided so you don't need to haul these with you on vacation. Not much to critique here but if I had to mention a couple of minor things, it would be the noisy window ACs and a lack of window coverings to block the morning sun. Late sleepers beware. The bright sunlight proved useful and got me up sooner to be more productive.Overall a fine experience and we would stay here again.

Property was clean and well decorated. Owner responded to questions promptly. Plenty of nice paper products, linens, quality beach towels, & beach chairs provided. All so great! A previous guest mentioned gate didn’t open, we were able to open (with some finesse) to access back yard. One minor drawback was the downstairs layout. One entrance opened into a bedroom. There are other entry points and depending on # of families, might not be a detractor. Washer and dryer definite bonus! Walking distance to beach & convention center (we were back and forth several times during the day). Overall great stay and owners really seem to care about their guests.

The location was perfect for what we needed. The house could use some TLC and patches up, but overall happy with the stay. The house was clean and tidy when we arrived and the backyard area was nice to have.
