Overall the property was as described. Plenty of room for all(we had 12 adults) and stocked adequately with utensils, dishes etc. Sleeping areas were very comfortable with individual room temperature control.(:
Stayed here during the PMC specifically because it had A/C. However, the A/C only worked downstairs, and all the beds are upstairs. Not good. Plus, we might have had one of the hottest days of the year.

Nice property but B- stay
We spent Memorial Day at this house, which wasn't well cleaned and smelled a little smokey when we arrived. The lower level was musty throughout the weekend. The kitchen is nice and big but some spatulas and pans were thoroughly dirty and the dishwasher is very difficult to use. Also, the ice maker didn’t make any ice during out 3 day stay.
It’s as though the house wasn’t checked before the season; there were cobwebs in corners indoors and the grass hadn’t been cut (8-10 inches of growth) so it’s hard to play on it. Also, the grills have old charcoal in them so they had to be cleaned out and there were no grilling utensils. There was a wasp nest that kept us from using the patio (between the patio door and the screen). And then one of the dining room chairs broke the first time it was used, and a second gave my daughter splinters.
There aren’t enough blankets for the beds, and while there are are towels, and there are only larger towels or wash clothes (the guide did say sparsely-provided, I guess). A more complete list of what to bring would be helpful—ie, very limited toilet paper and paper towels are provided, along with some dishwasher pods and soap that’s ok but we were never given a list of what to bring.
All in all, we were looking for an A+ stay and it was a B-. Not the worst—the house was newish and spacious, with a pool table downstairs and TVs that worked well, but we probably won’t be back. A bit more responsiveness from the property manager would have helped as well.
The property was perfect size for our family to meet and stay for my daughter’s wedding. There was plenty of inside and outside space. The usual kitchen gathering area was perfect. Neighborhood and home was beautiful.
House was lovely. Very clean!! And the Backyard was awesome for little babies to run around!!!
Only issue was ac on first floor (never really got cool) and issue with the front door (lock was loose) and had issues with the electronic keypad. Overall a great stay. House was very clean and had great kitchen pots, pans, etc!
This home was spotless and fully equipped. Sheets, towels, lovely comforters, soap, toilet tissue - ready for us when we arrived. It's so spacious - it was amazing. The huge upstairs "family room" has 2 queen size beds, so there really are 6 queen beds upstairs and 1 in the basement level.
There were no wine glasses, but we just used tumblers - not full to the brim, of course!
The kitchen is enormous, lovely deck, spacious, flat yard - I can't say enough good things.
We had a great week!
This house has a unique layout that provides ample room for larger groups and extended families.

Unclean Family getaway during COVID
Beautiful home for our family getaway but during COVID we expected the bathrooms and kitchens to be much more cleaner especially during COVID. our children barely showered due to the molded shower curtains in all 3 bathrooms and pealing paint/material on the chairs, fridge and stove. We had to purchase additional sanity and disposable items in order for our children to eat.

We are sorry you felt that the house was dirty. We do take extra precaution to address COVID concerns, including
- When mandated by the state, we require a COVID-19 “Self-Certification” from guests.
- Enforce a 72-hour buffer between guests.
- House is a stand-alone, with no shared spaces or rooms.
- Home and amenities are cleaned and sanitized 72 hours prior to new guest arrival.
After hearing about your experience, I had an urgent meeting with our cleaning staff and we have addressed your concerns. The shower curtains have been replaced and because the stove is older it may appear dirty to some, but it is actually clean. We wish you would have contacted us during your stay, so we could have handled your concerns then.
Thank you for visiting our home, and we agree that the property is beautiful, and hope that you give another try in the future.

Great location, nice place, but a couple problems
Overall our experience was good. We had a group of 12 people during our stay to Plymouth, MA. The house is very spacious for people to spread out, but also has a welcoming dining, kitchen, living area, and basement for everyone to hangout together. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were clean (bidets ftw), and the fully stocked kitchen was great.
However, we did have a couple problems. When we arrived the previous tenant(s) had left rotting garbage in the garage (about 15 bags) and there were maggots everywhere. The house had a pungent smell of garbage until we aired out the house and cooked food to cover the smell. Maintence arrived to take half the garbage that night, and we put the rest out on the curb for them to take care of by the morning since it was getting late. One of the bedframes upstairs was also broken that we had to take care of. Last, the house says that it’s air conditioned. The second story where the bedrooms are! However the main floor is not (we tried to follow the duct work, it doesn’t exist). It was about 80 degrees the entire time. We were out and about most days so this didn’t bother us as much - but if a group were planning to stay at the house the entire time it would put a damper on their stay.
On another note - this location was great. About 15-20 minutes to mostly anywhere!

Good yard, location not convenient to stores restaurants.
House was suitable for my family from VA & sisters from GA to be together for funeral. Much better than motel. Good for sleeping 10 adults & open kitchen family area. No AC on main floor & no screens on window was an issue. Refrig needs to be replaced. Linens & towels good.

Not as was advertised
The property listed central air but there was only central air on the second floor. The main floor was never below 78 degrees our entire stay. The basement was damp, musty, and almost wet. The bed down there was too wet to sleep in. There were not enough balls for the pool table. The yard was nice because it has a sprinkler that went every day. The problem with that was it went at all different times of the day with no warning so out door activities often got quickly cut short. And as silly as it is, the amenities list said toaster so we purchased bagels for breakfast and there was no toaster. The size and layout of the house were nice but overall it was a let down from how it was advertised.

Great house!
Great house! Emin was great in solving minor issues!
Yard size was a hit with kids for games, etc.
House needs more utensils for 11 people, need at least 3 TVS,
could use a toaster,
Overall a very good experience!
