This tiny house was custom built and designed. The property is tucked away on over 2.5 acres down a gravel driveway - it's definitely manageable without 4 wheel drive (excluding the few snows per year).

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
If loft was used, place loft ladder on hanging rail at the loft access (move ladder to left side of rail so front door can still open).
-Ensure hot tub cover is back on and temperature is set to 97 degrees Fahrenheit.
-Place cover back on hanging swing and ensure that the string is pulled tight to avoid the cover blowing off.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
All rules are listed and will be sent to guest with check-in instructions 24 hours prior to check-in. Rules can also be found in guest book in home

Such a cute and cozy place to un plug and get away from the hustle and bustle of life. Super clean and a gorgeous home. My boyfriend and I had a great anniversary trip roasting marshmallows by the fire pit, relaxing in the hot tub, and exploring the nearby Nelson 151.

A Great Location and Getaway

Our group of 4 came up for a long weekend of relaxing and fun, and we were not disappointed. The location is great to go to multiple hiking trails, breweries, and close to Monticello. It was a great set up and everything we wanted. This is definitely a great play for anyone wanting a relaxing vacation.

We stayed here for my birthday weekend, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. From the moment we walked in, we could tell how much thought and care went into this place. It’s not one of those quick, thrown together rentals everything feels intentional, from the layout to the decor to all the little touches that make it super comfortable and convenient.The bed was so comfy, and I swear there were outlets everywhere (which we really appreciated!). You can tell the hosts truly care about creating a great experience, not just a place to stay. It was the perfect spot for a peaceful, romantic weekend with my husband. The perfect romantic getaway

What a really cool property! It served two purposes for my husband and me; a getaway with easy access to wineries and breweries, and a chance to try a tiny house for our "retirement" consideration. Quiet and secluded feeling yet still within easy access to much of Nelson 151 and the Charlottesville area. Very up to date and impeccably appointed. Already trying to plan our calendar for an autumn stay.

Beautiful BRAND NEW lil cabin. Smelling fresh outdoors as good as it smells fresh and inviting inside. Definitely enough room for 2 adults and a couple or few kids. Not far from things, but definitely not a place to just run out for milk or butter, so get everything you need on your grocery trip. There is 100% privacy from anyone and the world back in the woods... with the cutest back yard and the deere grazing unbothered while you sip your coffee. It was PEACE.

Tiny house, but feels big!

Very functional and comfortable space. Just keep in mind the bed in the loft requires going up and down a ladder. We only used the bedroom on the main floor. Also, there is no oven. Otherwise, the kitchen is large and has a cooktop and dishwasher. The hot tub was great and the backyard is large with views of the woods. Very secluded and not much light pollution so you get to see a lot of stars. The space worked for 2 adults no problem.

Amazing Tiny House

The pictures online did not do this tiny home justice. It was perfect. There were 3 of us in our group and it was plenty of space for us. We were already talking about staying here again after the first day. Everything was super clean. The kitchen had everything you need (even spices) except for an oven but we did not need to use an oven on this trip. The hot tub was great other than there were a lot of bugs flying around so a bug zapper is definitely needed outside especially to keep them from going in the home. The communication with the owners was fantastic, they responded quickly to messages. We will definitely be staying here again in the future. Thank you for sharing your Tiny Home!
