Updated and beautifully decorated 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo features new carpeting, Pergo wood floors, marble floors, and premium granite counter tops. The condo comfortably sleeps 7 people with a king bed in the master’s bedroom, a queen and twin bed in the second bedroom, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Other amenities include 3 flat screen TV’s, cable TV, DVD, high speed wireless internet, two person Jacuzzi tub, washer/dryer, one car garage, wood burning fireplace (wood is provided), and gas barbeque grill. The kitchen is fully equipped, linens and towels are provided. Please no pets and no smoking.

The condo is on a quiet, secluded and elevated location offering calming emerald green wooded summer views, cozy golden autumn views, and crisp white winter views with a magical night-time view of Boyne Highlands ski hill.

Harbor Springs is the perfect get-away for any golf or ski enthusiast. Nubs Nob and Boyne Highlands resorts are minutes away. Boyne Highlands, offers 55 slopes and 35 kilometers of groomed cross country ski trails. In the summer, Boyne Highlands offers 9 championship golf courses to choose from. At Nub’s Nob there are 53 slopes and 28 kilometers of groomed cross country trails including a 2 kilometer lighted loop for night-time skiing. There is a free shuttle to the slopes on ski weekends; one of the shuttle pickup/drop off stops is at the condo driveway, very convenient! You don't have to be a golfer or skier to enjoy all that Harbor Springs has to offer, there are many places for shopping, dining, sight-seeing, and relaxing.

The condo is centrally located between Petoskey and Harbor Springs and is 30 minutes from Mackinaw City. Expand your horizons and take a ferry ride to visit the charm of Mackinaw Island. The Odawa Casino is located nearby in Petoskey, and Pellston Regional Airport, serviced by Delta Air link is 20 minutes away. We are about a 4-hour drive from Detroit, or 6-hour drive from Chicago.

Nice Place

Plenty of space for our family of four. Well appointed, clean. Check in was easy. Centrally located to everything we like to do up in Northern MI (including the UP). Close to great golf, state parks and water, hiking, wineries, etc. Very nice place, would stay there again.

Great home base for a ski weekend

Our family had a great stay at Gary’s place in Trout Creek. The wooded views made it feel very cozy while being only minutes from Boyne and Nubs. The wood burning fireplace and outdoor pool and hot tub were extra bonuses. We hope to come back soon!

Really nice place. Good starting point for our day trip adventures. The place was everything we expected with the exception of the beds. Way too soft mattresses for old folks like us. I had to sleep on the couch due to my back. (couch was great!) We would book the unit again.

A very nice Condo in a beautiful location in the woods. Privacy Close to all Shopping, Ski Hills, Restaurants, really everything Northern MI has to offer. Plenty of room and all amenities you need! Owner was easy to reach and very responsive. Definitely will stay here again

Wonderful ski break!

The experience was way better than the online pics and description! The accommodations are lovely and comfortable, full amenities of pool and sauna in the community, and right next door to Nubs Nob for skiing. We had a few questions on th first day and Marie and Gary both responded immediately. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

Michigan Skiing Vacation

We enjoyed our stay in Emmet Co - this condo was clean, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed to cook easy meals before and after a day skiing. This place is quite close to both Nubs Nob and The Highlands ski resorts. An email with information about the condo didn't arrive and the owners were quick to resend this before we arrived. We didn't use the pool or hot tub, but they looked nice when we stopped by to see where they were.

Great Condo for Skiing Retreat

Very nice condo that is conveniently located by The Highlands and Nubs Nob ski resorts. I highly recommend staying here if you’re planning a skiing vacation.

Fall getaway

My sister-in-law and I have been coming to northern MI. in September for the last several years. We wanted to find a place other than a hotel room. Found this place and glad we did. Location is great. Close to Petosky, Mackinac city, etc. Condo is in the woods. Surroundings are great. Great accommodations.,We definitely recommend this condo!!

Great Place to Stay & Great Location

The condo was just perfect for us. The location is quiet and wooded so we could enjoy nature when sitting outside on the deck. The beds were very comfortable and water pressure is good. Great location to visit the surrounding area like Harbor Springs, Petoskey, Cross Village and Indian River. The hosts were great to work with with questions.
