Muskoka Viceroy Lake Front Home

Centrally located10 minutes from Bracebridge Port Carling and Windemere on 3 Mile Lake. The cottage has all the amenities of home. There are two big screen Tvs. One in the finished walkout basement with a games room provided for entertainment. There is a dishwasher microwave Napolean BBQ. 10X40 cedar deck and full complete pine kitchen. We have 4 bedrooms. 3 bedrooms upstairs and 1 bedroom downstairs in the walkout basement. There are 3 solid queen beds and a solid king pine bed in the master bedroom. After dinner watch the sunset over the lake and enjoy an evening fire with the kids by the lakeside fire pit with marsh mellows. Dont want to cook? Enjoy one of the many waterfront restaurants in near by Port Carling or Windemere. There is a beautiful 10 X10 screened in porch of the main dining area for late night enjoyment.

Wonderful Stay

Thank you so much Bryan and Norma for a wonderful week in your beautiful lake house. We could not have asked for a better stay. The cottage had all the modern amenities of home. Our stay at this beautiful cottage was nothing short of spectacular!! The cottage was was fully equipped and the waterfront property was stunning!! Amazing spot!!!

This cottage is gorgeous, spacious, clean and very private. We were there with another family and it was more than spacious enough for our needs! It really felt like an escape from Ontario, kind of felt like we were in BC with the way the patio and decking feels/views. The grounds are beautiful and dock and lake are amazing. Really nice to kayak in the lake as there was not too much motor boat traffic. Bryan was so responsive and helpful! Would love to go back sometime.

Very nice stay

The location of this property between Bracebridge and Port Carling ius excellent. The view is striking and the accomodation very clean and well kept. Very well positioned for the evenming sunset on the dock. The descent to the lake is steep and a little difficult if you are older otherwise this property is highly recommended

Muskoka Lakefront Cottage -Three Mile Lake

The cottage was very clean and well equipped. Beds were very comfortable. Access to the cottage from the parking area and from cottage to lake needs to be improved.

Beautiful Muskoka Cottage

Beautiful, very clean and well equipped with everything you could possibly need. We enjoyed time on the large deck with the family and sitting on the dock taking in the sun. The water was lovely for a swim. A great family holiday cottage.
