Luxury Home With Lots of Light, Outdoor Space and a Short Walk to Ketchum

This lovely home is located in the desirable Bitterroot neighborhood, situated between Ketchum and Sun Valley. It is only a four minute walk to downtown restaurants, bars and shopping by taking the neighborhood bridge across Trail Creek. Appointed with contemporary furnishings and a modern kitchen, it is ideal for family gatherings and entertaining. It is the perfect combination, providing a quiet mountain retreat with easy access to both downtown Ketchum and the Sun Valley Lodge.

The home features 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. Upstairs are two bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom. The primary has a king size bed and the second bedroom has a queen. As a bonus, there are two twin beds in the loft area. Two additional bedrooms are located downstairs, one with a queen and the other with a full bed. These bedrooms each have a separate full bath.

The kitchen is equipped with top of the line, new appliances, Nespresso with milk frother and drip coffee maker. Plenty of seats for the whole family. The adjoining living room features a gas burning fireplace and large windows bringing in lots of light and a view of Mt. Baldy in the distance. You can enjoy the expansive deck off the kitchen/dining room for outdoor entertaining and your summer cookout on the gas grill. There is also a large family room with a flat screen TV, foosball table and a full bath attached on the lower level. For your convenience, there is one stall available for guest parking in the attached garage. Ping pong table also located in the garage.

We apologize but this home does not allow pets. This home is not equipped with air conditioning. This home does not have Sun Valley Amenities.

A fabulous Father’s Day Weekend

We were a family of 6 and loved staying at this property. It is well taken care of and very comfortable. The deck was our favorite place to hang out togther!

Sun Valley

This house was fabulous! Short, beautiful walk into Ketchum but located just far enough away to feel secluded. The home was so bright and spotless, but the most inviting aspect was a totally stocked kitchen that made it wonderful to cook at home if we wanted.

Amazing Sun Valley Rental

This house was perfect. It was a 5 minute walk to town, tons of natural light which isn’t always the case in Bitterroot and the house was perfectly stocked and immaculate. I can’t recommend it enough. It was spacious and things like a garage for your car were little things that make a big difference in the winter. It was a wonderful stay in a perfect vacation home.

Fantastic home in the Sun Valley

Our group of seven had a terrific stay for one week in August at this home. The home has all the amenities in the kitchen that you will need. We played ping pong and foozeball most nights. The location is perfect. We walked into Ketchum every day for restaurants, the market, shopping, or just to take a nice walk. When we had to drive somewhere it was usually between a 5-8 minute drive. So many outdoor fun activities close by. I highly recommend this home and would like to come back sometime to visit during the ski season!

Amazing house for a big group!

This house was incredible! We rented it for my wedding in Sun Valley as the bridal party house and it exceeded all of our expectations! Check in was extremely easy, the house itself was immaculate with so much room and space. And the back deck area?! We hung out there most of the time which was so nice. It’s also an extremely easy walk into town to all of the main restaurants and bars. Highly reccomend to anyone who doesn’t want to be in a condo but still wants to be able to walk to town!

Terrific experience

We stayed for two weeks in February. The house was immaculate and every detail was taken care of. The kitchen had everything we needed, the beds were comfortable, the fireplace warmed the living room nicely - everything just worked. The house is perfectly located to access Ketchum. We did the short walk into town multiple times a day (note: for winter visitors, River St E was consistently icy so watch for that). Thank you to the Natural Retreats team for the great communication before and during the stay.

What a place; what a week!

We couldn't have chosen a better property for our stay in Ketchum. A gorgeous and well-appointed home located in a quiet neighborhood, it is a quick, easy and scenic walk/bike ride into town (our car sat lonely in the driveway for most of the week!). Thank you - we shall return!

Beautiful mountain home!

This home was wonderful - sparkling clean, a fully stocked kitchen with all the tools a chef would need, very comfortable beds, and gorgeous views of the mountains. The house was even more beautiful in person than in the pictures! Would absolutely rent again, zero complaints.

We stayed for a week in January to ski. The home was great, newer home, very roomy and homey, nicely stocked with everything you need to cook with and some extras. Nice laundry area. Just a short walk into town and in a great little neighborhood. Would definitely recommend. A hot tub would be a great addition. Paul

Fabulous family vacation house

We had a week-long family vacation in August. Grandparents, 30s kids with 2 grandchildren less than 5, 20s son and GF. The 2 living areas, kitchen and outdoor patio were perfect for everyone. Star-gazing in the porch was incredible. We grilled lamb on the patio one night, and it worked wonderfully.It was in the 90s one day, so be aware that the house has no AC. It has lots of windows, shades and fans. It was not warm very long in the afternoon, and the manager quickly got us another small fan when we asked.The location is perfect. We walked to SV to spend afternoons at the Lodge Pool. The pedestrian bridge at the end of the block gets you into downtown Ketchum in minutes. Son played SV golf course twice, too.The beds and rooms were clean and comfortable. One BR has a king and there are two queen sized beds in the others. The washer and drier were new. A treat was the ping pong table in the garage that got frequent use.The managers were great before our arrival and while we were there for anything needed. They even found some swim suits that we left behind and got them to us. This is a property that is hard to beat in so many ways. It’s perfect for a family vacation or for several couples. We hope to be back again!

Beautiful home

My family stayed in this amazing home in May. We had an amazing vacation. This gem of a house was more than we could of asked for. It's beautifully decorated, but extremely kid friendly. My boys (11 & 12) had a fabulous time playing ping pong until the early hours of the morning. The location is perfect for walks into town, we walked every morning to Starbucks :-). They also have a fantastic deck with comfy patio furniture, we may have had a few dance offs...
