Don't miss 'Grace at the Sea' where the Wine Country meets the Pacific. Take advantage of this affordable Five Star vacation, located at Salmon Creek, just outside of Bodega Bay. It is an enchanting place where outdoor enthusiasts partake in adventure and beachcombers find solace. Enjoy the new Prairie Coastal Trail for morning or evening walks. Lovely two-story cottage is well suited for one or two couples or a small family. Home will sleep 4 adults, or 2 adults and 2 children. Upstairs level of home has one beautiful bedroom, queen sized bed, flat screen T.V., with a connecting veranda overlooking the Pacific Ocean and Salmon Creek. Separate full marble bathroom with roomy glass shower. Downstairs has queen sized Murphy bed that is tucked away in wall when not in use. Cozy living room has wood/log burning stove to add ambiance to any evening. Downstairs full bathroom is equipped with Jacuzzi bathtub, shower, and washer and dryer. Delightfully clean fully stocked kitchen has view of beautiful Sonoma Coast rolling hills. Enjoy the outside fenced BBQ sitting area and flower gardens. If you need to keep in touch with the outside world, we offer free high speed wireless internet, satellite t.v. and complimentary local and long distance calling. Please no smoking in home.

There are quaint villages, shops and galleries filled with local arts and crafts, excellent restaurants, wineries and tasting rooms. Enjoy world class golfing, surfing and GREAT bird watching. Short 5 minute walk to beach while enjoying the quail and local deer in a quaint fishing village of years past.

Bodega Bay Marine Laboratory located on Bodega Head, offers weekly tours to the public, of local sea life. Chancellor Ranch Stables has guided horseback riding on the local beach. Quiet Hours (10 PM-7AM) are to be observed by all guests. Please limit outside conversations and car doors. Maximum number of four overnight guests. Six daytime total guests allowed. Maximum of 2 vehicle parking.

Pam is an exceptional host. A delicious homemade blueberry coffee cake was waiting to welcome us on our arrival. The home is spotless, the kitchen has everything you could need, and the beds are comfortable. It was the perfect getaway for my daughter and me to spend time together, away from the noise and crowds of Bodega Bay. And when we wanted more activity, Bodega Bay was just a short ride away. Being able to walk five minutes to the beach was a special treat. I definitely look forward to staying here again.

I had a wonderful stay at Pam’s cottage by the sea. The house was cozy, comfortable, peaceful and clean. Pam’s thoughtful touches added a warmth and made it feel like home. The balcony views were amazing and I enjoyed the back deck and side bbq area. Pam even left fresh homemade cookies, which was a nice surprise. Communication was excellent and check in was seamless. I would absolutely book again.

A Relaxing Getaway with Thoughtful Details

We had a splendid stay at Pam’s vacation house. The location was great, and the house was comfortable and fully stocked. We especially enjoyed the jacuzzi bathtub and the thoughtful homemade coffee cake Pam baked for us. Highly recommend!

Purchased cabin in need of love and attention in 2001 to follow my dream of one day living at the beach. Completed remodel in 2005 while living full time until recently. I am now willing to share my labor of love so that I may spend more time with my two beautiful grandchildren and daughter. I have been so blessed in my life, and 'Grace at the Sea' is a reflection of all the love in my heart.

Why they chose this property

Prior to buying this cottage, I would walk my dog at Salmon Creek (when dogs were still allowed) every weekend to unwind from the stress of Corporate America. I retired, started project and never looked back.

What makes this property unique

You will feel at home the moment you walk in the front door. The beach, the dunes, the creek............it is all the best Sonoma Coast has to offer.
