We had a good place. Initially seeing the property from the outside I thought we were going to be cramped but once we saw the inside we were happy for all the space.

We had a long weekend here so we could visit schlitterbahn. This was a great location and accommodated our family of 9. Very clean and spacious. We had a wonderful experience.

We didn’t really stay in the house, other than sleep. Pet friendly, I thought I was going to have my pet , but ended up not. They said they would give back pet deposit. Thought that was very nice. They answered my messages promptly .

The house was clean, extra supplies were plentiful (such as toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels), thoroughly enjoyed spending time with my family here! We had a wonderful stay, will stay here again!!!!

This property was amazing. Fully stocked kitchen, very clean house, plenty of towels and items in abundance that you would need. From paper towels, laundry soap, bathroom supplies such as shampoos and body wash. The host was very friendly and checked in during our stay to see if we needed anything or had any questions. We had a family of nine and had more than enough room. Close proximity to Schlitterbahn and floating on the Comal river. Highly recommend this property and will definitely be using again when we go back to New Braunfels.

My family stayed here for my husband’s birthday trip. The host responded immediately to any questions that we had. After making our reservation, we had another couple join our trip, the host allowed the additional guests with no problem! Check in process was super easy especially with a personalized door code given by the host. It was wonderful not having to look up a random code to get into the house every time. The personalized door code also made us feel safe knowing it was recently changed for our stay. The house was spotless and beautifully decorated as shown on the listing’s pictures. The sheets on the beds were super soft and made for a great night’s rest! The kitchen was stocked with almost everything that you could need. The A/C was great and the house stayed cool during our entire stay. It was a very quiet and relaxing stay in this new housing development. Neighbors kept to themselves and it felt like a safe neighborhood. The host allowed use of the garage which was a major plus when a thunderstorm rolled through during our stay. We loved the whiteboard that the host provided with recommended restaurants, breweries and things to do in New Braunfels. We will definitely stay here again on our next stay in New Braunfels.

The property was perfect for hosting our Thanksgiving dinner for 12. We had plenty of space for everyone to be comfortable and enjoy being together. The home was well stocked with everything we needed—even the items I forgot to bring for preparing the meal.The kids had a wonderful time with all the games and activities provided, which made the stay even more enjoyable for the whole family. The floor plan is excellent, offering ample space and a great layout for both gathering and relaxing.We couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate the holiday!

One chair is broken on the on the bottom. Wooden part is sharp and cut the leg of one of our family and should be replaced or repaired. The table cloth is torn. There is a loose piece of wood on the stairs in the back that needs fixing.
