Welcome to Kokomo Sands. This beautiful dream home was completed in April 2024. It boasts 3057 square ft of living space and 3,000 square ft. of wraparound decks. The views are spectacular, including deep water boat slip. Weather overlooking the panoramic views of the sunsets of Pamlico Sound or the balconies that span over Hatteras Village and Ocean Side, this home has them all. Kokomo Sands was also designed with an open floor plan, many windows & sliders, large bedrooms and bathrooms.
