Brand new rental for 2026 summer/fall season. Enjoy a quiet and comfy log cabin at Ashley Lake. The cabin includes a family room with sofa chaise, kitchen table and 50" TV, a kitchen with a cooktop and oven, a main bedroom with queen size bed and 43" TV as well as a standing loft with 2 twin beds. The cabin has a lake view and is just a 100 yard walk to lake access. Includes Starlink wireless internet, washer/dryer and a wood heating stove. The backyard includes a picnic table, chairs, bbq grill and firepit.

The perfect place for a nice, quiet weekend away! We enjoyed the privacy and cleanliness of the property. The bed in the main room was also super comfortable and we slept great. We appreciated that the public access to the lake was just a short walk away. Would definitely stay here again!

We loved the secluded quiet location. Nature at its finest. We were disappointed the loft space was a twin bed plus an additional twin mattress. It would have been nice to have at least a full sized bed. We enjoyed our time at your cabin. Thank you Minnesota guests

This was my first time renting a VRBO so I wasn't sure what to expect. I was hoping that it would be as nice as the pictures made it look. It was even better. This cabin is absolutely beautiful. The first night we couldn't get over how quiet it was. The second night was a Friday and you could hear the guests at the campground across the road, but once you were inside the cabin you could not. It is so well insulated that you don't really hear outside noise and even though it was very hot in the valley 100 F, it was only in the mid 80's at the cabin. Inside, it stayed cool because of the thick walls and the fact that it is nestled in the trees in a shaded location. There was a little bit of a learning curve for us on the glass cooktop - but we figured it out! The first morning we saw a deer and twin fawns in the front yard. The lake is crystal clear and so beautiful! My only regret is that we really didn't have time to use it as we were only in the area for a short time for a wedding. The lake access across the road is more of just a picnic and tent site area. There is a public access and a beach on the north side of the lake but it is quite a drive. This is a secluded location about 30 minutes from town on a gravel road. We we enjoyed this, but if you are someone who wants to be closer to the action with quick and convenient access to town then this may not be what you are looking for. The cabin appears brand new and was very clean. It I would definitely stay here again.

We had some trouble finding the cabin. The cabin was cute, clean, and comfortable. We did think from the listing, that the lake would be more accessible from the cabin. We had to ask a neighbor for a wine opener. They were very friendly and helpful. Also, we felt that for the size of the cabin, a 100 cleaning fee seemed a bit much for a two-night stay.. All in all, it was a pleasant stay.
