The property is located in a central, urban neighborhood close to downtown and near a Christian mission, which is disclosed in the listing so guests know what to expect when booking. Regarding check-in, the Latch access invitation was sent to the email on file two days prior to arrival, with unit access scheduled to activate at 3:50 PM on the day of check-in. On occasion, automated emails may be delayed or filtered, which can affect when they are received. We understand how disruptive this can be when you’re on a tight schedule and apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
