“Serenity” is a private luxury retreat on 5 acres in the foothills of the Sangre de Cristo Mountains with sweeping views, stunning sunsets, and vivid star-filled night skies. Enjoy a chef’s kitchen, main-level primary suite, and peaceful patios and gardens featuring a unique labyrinth and soothing saltwater hot tub. Perfect for relaxing after exploring Santa Fe or an evening at the Opera. Just 15–20 minutes north of town near the Four Seasons and Tesuque Village Market. No pets allowed.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Make sure the washing machine/dryer doors are open
Turn down hot tub to 80 and securely fasten the top
Turn off all mini splits, turn off all lights EXCEPT outside (leave on), lock doors, return garage opener to basket, keys to lockbox, close front gate and make sure gate is closed to labrynth
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

M husband and I live in the Washington, DC area and we plan to move to Santa Fe in a few years. We have been coming here for years and it is a second home to us. We hope you enjoy this sanctuary and find the same peace we do!
Why they chose this property
After coming to Santa Fe for many years and first owning a place right down the road across the street from the Four Seasons, that we still own, we were always looking for our "forever home" although we did not plan to buy right away. We knew this neighborhood or one other were the places we desired to be. This house came available and even though it was a little earlier than we planned, we could not pass it up as it was a match made in the stars.
What makes this property unique
Serenity Hills is warm, welcoming, and full of character. It’s not glossy and brand new, but thoughtfully updated in all the right places while preserving the charm that makes it special. The outdoor spaces are a highlight, with multiple patios and peaceful spots to relax—it can be hard to decide where to sit and take in the sunset views and mountain scenery. From mid-April through October, hummingbirds often visit the property, adding to the magic of being outdoors.
The labyrinth and saltwater hot tub create a truly unique retreat experience, and the chef’s kitchen makes it easy to cook and gather. Once you arrive, it’s easy to settle in and not want to leave. With vivid night skies, it’s truly a stargazer’s paradise.
