Great family or larger group home! Perfect location to beach and walkable to restaurants. House is very very nice. Pool is great! Make sure the shocking of the pool takes place early morning or late in day as it took away from our last day of pool time with the littles because we couldn’t use the pool for 3 hours after shocking with chemicals during the afternoon. Nice quiet street away from busy streets of Alys Beach shops.

Absolutely perfect stay

The house was absolutely magnificent and perfectly set up for an incredible stay. Everything in the home is of the highest quality standard and the owners and housekeeper were an absolute delight.

Amazing Vacation!

We had a great stay at 99 Sandy Shores. The property is perfect- clean, close to shops and restaurants and beach access can't be beat. We had a wonderful time and we can't wait to return.

Florida's best kept secret

Location was fantastic and a short walk to the beach made our daily set up super easy. The floor plan was ideal for two or three families.

Perfect beach getaway!

The home is lovely, the pool is great and surrounded by lush greenery, the boardwalk to the beach is straight out from the pool gate! We enjoyed every moment!

Perfect family getaway

This house was just perfect for our family and close to everything. Then side porch area was a favorite play area for little grandchildren, and my favorite place to have a cup of coffee before everyone woke up. The property managers were very responsive and overall we had a wonderful time!

Great House

We loved the house. The house is large with a great floor plan, well stocked, & so convenient to the beach. It also included bikes & chairs on a private beach. Hope to stay here again.

Beautiful Home!!

This was our first trip to Rosemary Beach and we loved it! This house was the perfect fit for our family with the pool (kids loved it!), so close to the beach, such an easy walk to either Alys Beach or Rosemary Beach shops / restaurants. We left already planning another trip back to Sandy Shores :)

Great location!

The house was beautiful and in a perfect location. It’s much bigger than it looks online. We had 14 people and plenty of space for everyone. Access to the beach was so easy! We loved this town and would definitely come back.

Such a great property. Proximity to the beach is unmatched. Pool and outdoor living space is inviting, private and well thought-out. Fantastic furnishing and amenities. This was a great house for three families with young kids.

Fall Break 2020

99 Sandy Shores exceed our groups expectations in every way! The house is beautiful and flowed very well for a large group of kids and adults! The pool was larger than expected and the proximity to the beach can’t be beat! Great property!!
