The Space:
There are 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. Master room has a king size bed, the 2nd and 3rd rooms have queen size beds and in the 4th room two full size beds. Each room has its own TV. A beautiful & bright living room area with a stunning dining room area. Get some cozy vibes from the fireplace mantle. Full service kitchen with pots, pans & utensils. Coffee maker with Colombian coffee just for you. FAST Wi-Fi. Patio space with a seating arrangement to hang out with the experience of a firepit and complementary wine.

For your entertainment, there is a Smart TV in every room with the following apps available for viewing: netflix, youtube, NFL sunday ticket, HBO MAX, sling tv, NBC sports, the roku channel, hulu disney plus, spotify, pandora & more.

Free wifi, and complementary Colombian coffee.

To accommodate, there is an iron & ironing board available for use. You can find a blow dryer available for use in the bathroom. Extra blankets are also available in each bedroom.

Great Time

My family had a great time at this property. It was clean, well furnished, large, and in a convenient location. The host communicated well and their responses to my messages were quick. I would recommend this place to anyone and I look forward to staying here again!

Great experience and great communication from the host. The home is absolutely beautiful. If you are visiting for Road Atlanta and have a car trailer, parking in the cul de sac is very limited so plan ahead for that. My truck and open car hauler had no issues but other may find the space challenging.

Property was listed as full home, but upon arrival it became obvious that someone lived in basement. They blocked are vehicles multiple times. Advertised that we would have the entire driveway, but the basement tenants blocked us multiple times. We contacted host and were told they were "temporary contractors fixing something minor in basement". On final night we had to talk to the people down stairs because the blocked us again. They told us that they did in fact live there, and that the land lord told them they get half the parking. Clearly they are getting annoyed with their land lord telling them and renters different things. House was decent, but rather empty with some things broken. Kitchen cabinet door dangling by one hinge. Towel rack up stairs 2nd batheroom broken. No lamps in bedrooms. A small amount of work to the house would make it excellent, but I would never stay with this host again.

The host sent a message asking our arrival time but the code to enter didn’t get sent until exactly check in time. I inquired about the wifi code which helped with the communications with host, but again delayed delivery of that. The wifi code displayed on the mantle behind other decor written with a dry erase marker and difficult to decipher. Amenties and supplies in the kitchen were less than adequate and minimal, below standard.No baking pans or baking dishes, just one minimal and stained set of pots for the stove. Utensils were limited as well. Not even a spatula for frying eggs. Advertise Columbian coffee, there were 4 keurig cups for 6 adults and 4 night stay. When I inquired the response was 2 days later, the shipment was delayed. There are stores close by, they could've provided some coffee by other means. Advertise complimentary bottle of wine, I never saw that!Advertise 4 car parking in driveway, no way! Maybe 4 compact cars.After we booked, we were informed of possible tenants in basement below. Nice people but not ideal situation when you think you're renting a private house to yourselves. The firepit is right outside their door, no seating. The grill advertised belongs to the basement tenants as well. The deck shown with table and chairs was not there either. Additionally, the parking situation...the tenants blocked our cars in the driveway overnight because there's no street parking allowed. What if we had an emergency on the middle of the night???

Poor communication

The original contact with this property Roberto said to press the link in the email to sign the rental agreement and submit my credit card number. But there was no link in the email. So I replied that in the email. Then I tried calling more than once - no one answered. After a few days I called the VRBO customer service line and they tried calling numbers they had for this property. They called 3 times - no one answered. A few days before the scheduled visit I got an email from Roberto requesting my visa number. At this point I was not going to this place. I replied that I was cancelling.I continued to get emails telling me to enjoy my stay. Then one asking how I enjoyed my stay after I was supposed to be there.I don’t think then is a person managing this property. Just a computer or AI. It was very strange, not what I have experienced with other Vrbo properties
