We had a great stay. It was clean, comfortable, well-maintained, and exactly what we needed for our trip. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.The only issue we encountered was that the listing advertised three bathrooms, but the property only had two. Updating the listing to reflect the correct number of bathrooms would help set accurate expectations for future guests.Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay, and we would happily return.

We had a good overall stay at this home in Fortuna. The house was very clean and well-maintained, which made it comfortable and easy to settle in. The location was excellent and very close to everything we wanted to do, which was a big plus. Communication was a little slow at times, and receiving the Wi-Fi information, entry code, and house instructions felt slightly unclear and delayed. However, we were still able to access everything we needed. We didn’t get a chance to use the pool since it wasn’t heated and the weather was rainy during our stay. Overall, the home was clean, in a great location, and provided a pleasant stay.

Overall, this house was clean and very convenient for our family visit of 4 people. It was located very close to many restaurants and the tours we had booked. There were several items that needed attention: 1. The property was listed as 3BR/3BA, but there were only 2BA in the house. This wasn't a big problem for 4 of us, but not what we expected. 2. The split AC units in 2 of the bedrooms were not working when we arrived. I contacted Pablo and he had someone out quickly to look it over. Due to some electrical issue, he was only able to get 1 of the other units working. Given the temps this time of year, the 3rd BR was not useable, but the 2nd BR had 2 beds, so it worked out. 3. There was some confusion with the security team when we checked in. They contacted someone who said they had no reservation for the property. I had to provide Pablo's contact info to get it straightened out. This was noted on a couple other reviews of this property. As noted, these things were minor inconveniences for us in an otherwise nice place for our 2 night stay.
