Thank you for staying at PW2303 - Phoenix West 2303 and for the 4‑star review. Sorry to hear the pool, especially the lazy river, had trash during your stay — that’s not the standard we expect. We’ve reported this to the property’s pool service and maintenance so they can increase cleanings and address the issue. If there’s anything else that would have made your visit a 5‑star, we’d appreciate hearing it. We hope to welcome you back to Liquid Life.

Overall, very beautiful property, but most of the appliances were dated and several of the outlets were not operational. The refrigerator did not close well and at times did not cool items. Moreover, the beds were not comfortable, and we ended up leaving a day early due to the beds. The property amenities were very nice. The grandkids loved the slide and lazy river. The condo was very convenient to the beach. The elevators were slow at times and at one point they closed the pool for poor weather which created a tremendous wait to get to the 23rd floor. Our family had a nice vacation, but certainly did not feel the value for this condo was as needed based electronics, beds, etc. We would not recommend this condo for this reason going forward.

Phoenix West 2023

2023 is spacious, with 3 BRs, and 4 bathrooms. The family furniture is old, and a couple of the dining room chairs are very wobbly. Even with the master shower door closed tight, water still leaks underneath the door. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook with. I would recommend this to a friend. The beach is very nice, and so is the lazy river.
