We're delighted to hear that you loved our great location and found it so convenient to all the wonderful shops in Saugatuck! We take property care very seriously, and we appreciate your feedback regarding the lighting and the kitchen water. We're actively working on electrical updates to optimize the lighting and switch configurations for a more seamless experience. We've also had our maintenance team look into the water system to ensure everything is in perfect order for upcoming arrivals. Thank you for visiting Saugatuck and staying with us at the Old Hardware Building, and we hope to host your next trip!

Great location!

This location was so convenient for enjoying the area on foot and by car. We felt at home immediately and would love to visit again when it’s warmer to take advantage of the huge private deck.

The property was in a really neat renovated older building. It was in a great location, walkable to shops, restaurants and the riverfront! It was on the second level with some pretty steep stairs, but otherwise very comfortable and had a huge deck that was awesome!

Great place to stay in Saugatuck

This apartment was perfect for our weekend getaway to Saugatuck. It was so comfortable and the location was ideal. A very short walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. If only the weather were better to enjoy the beautiful deck! Highly recommend this place!

Great week away

I had a wonderful time here. It was my first time in Saugatuck and I will for sure be back. The listing was in the perfect spot for walking downtown and the place was clean and the perfect size for a solo trip away.

Great weekend getaway!

This apartment was so cute and perfect forOur weekend getaway. The deck is beautiful but unfortunately the weather didn’t cooperate so we didn’t get a chance to spend as much time out there as we would have liked. Location as well was also great - a short walking distance to all shops and restaurants. Highly recommend!

Loved our stay!

This was our first visit to Saugatuck and we will definitely be back. We LOVED the location of this property. Right across the street from a playground, which was perfect for our toddler, but also walking distance to everything in town! Property was also clean and easy to access based on the directions we were provided.

Nice location

The apartment looked like the pictures but the bathtub/shower had mold on the edges and the bed fwlt more like a fullsize. Great location and overall nice space.

Family getaway

I would love to stay here again!! The location was just as described and pictured! The walkability to the shops and restaurants was 10/10! The large deck offers so much possibility as well as the cozy fireplace-something for any kind of weather! It was a great getaway for my husband my daughter and I! Saugatuck is a short ride from other towns, beaches, dune rides, and sunsets!
