The property was very clean, close to downtown Williams Bay. If I inclement they provided board games and had ping pong, bumper pool and foose ball in the basement. I would rent this again

Great coffee shop, gourmet grocery and restaurants within walking distance. William’s Bay is a hidden gem! Will definitely stay here again in the future!

Had a great time with friends in Lake Geneva. This house is cute and located in Williams Bay but took us 10 minutes to get to the downtown area of Lake Geneva and we had a ball! Thank you for a nice stay!

Wonderful stay

We stayed here for 2 nights with my kids and we had good time. Our plan was to get relaxed and we were able to do here. Many puzzles helped us as well. The property was same as described and was very clean.

Great location and property.

The hosts were wonderful. check-in couldn''t have been smoother. The location worked perfectly for us. We had a wedding to attend on the other side of the lake and the boat shuttle was in Fontana. Going the other direction Lake Geneva City is just a short drive away. The house was well furnished , If the weather hadn't been so beautiful we would have spent more time there.

Clean, well equipped, most comfortable beds, central air conditioning was cool and comfortable. Coded access for entry so convenient. Communication impeccable. Lovely neighborhood for walking and only a 5 min walk to the shops and lakefront. 5 stars!!!

Great Little Getaway

From the first steps of making reservations, to checking and checking out, the process was smooth and with great communication. The house was clean, quaint and comfortable! It's just up the hill from downtown and the lake. We took a lovely walk down the lake path on a wonderful day. People in the area were so kind and friendly. The only complaint I have is that we didn't have more time there!

All the little things!

It was a lovely property! Everything was clean and the house was so comfortable. The owners didn't miss a detail. They offered so much more than listed. The house was stocked with things you'd never think of and wouldn't expect. I'm booking again when I come back to visit family!!

This was our second stay here. We booked 8 days. The location is great for lake life. This trip things were not clean- crumbs and food particles in the silverware drawer. The refrigerator was broken and ruined our groceries. We ended up eating frozen food bc the freezer DID work.The in sink food disposal was broken, but I realized this too late, which was problematic. Really stinky. Hoping they take part of our payment to shore things up.

He cleared it, and our cleaning crew gave the area a deep scrub.We’re so grateful that this was your second stay with us, and we sincerely hope you’ll give us another opportunity to host you again."

Geneva Guest Retreat

This has been our fifth stay at this property, and we will be back! Glenn and Cindi do such a great job with keeping this property up to date with new floors in the basement (New ping pong table) vanities, showers, the list goes on and on! We enjoy having fires in the fire pit and there is always plenty of wood provided for us to burn, in addition, there is always plenty of supplies inside the house as well from paper towels, toilet paper, laundry supplies, everything! It's nice to have that all available! This property is walking distance to the lake and tons of other restsurants and shops. Definitely 5 star ***** rental!! :)

Beach time

This is a wonderful location. We spent every day at the beach so grandkids could swim and fish. I would have given the house a 5 rating, but had some problems with stove, TV and washer. I did tell the host, and I think they plan on replacing old oven, and washer. The tv, we just could not figure out.. Anyway, we would recommend this place if they get these things replaced. The ping pong table was hit in the basement for kids.

Enjoyed the Stay!

Overall, we really enjoyed the stay at this cottage. It's much roomier than anticipated given the square footage, and included many amenities we were looking for (we couldn't figure out how to get the satellite dish to work but didn't have a need to watch TV so it wasn't an issue). The location is great for walking to the bay and downtown and is also close to many other things to do. A couple of things to note - the first impression of the property wasn't great since you come in the side entry which has what appears to be original railing that is rusting. The cleaning crew also hadn't done a thorough cleaning of the bathroom or the tub for a while (there were hairs on the floor when we got there and you could tell a rush job was done). The windows were also very dirty but everything else was clean and tidy. We would definitely stay in the property again and it's a cute house with some nice upgrades, and a closet full of games for days when the weather's such you need to be inside.
