Welcome to The Mini Pearl in Seagrove Beach, right in the heart of 30A.
Peekaboo views of the gulf and pool views from your large balcony. There is a full bath and a full, well-equipped kitchen.
Sleeps 4 adults and up to 3 children in 1 king bed, 1 queen pullout sofa, toddler bunk beds and a pack-n-play.
Conveniently located on the 1st floor above the ground-level garage with stairs and elevator outside the door. Easy walk to beach access 100 yds away. Pet-friendly and kid-friendly! Enjoy!
