We enjoyed our stay! The house was clean, comfortable, and had plenty of space for everyone. We especially appreciated the thoughtful extras available in case we had forgotten to pack something. Those little touches made us feel welcome and helped make our Tampa stay even better!

My family and I enjoyed our time away in this home. The home was clean, spacious and inviting. There were multiple families in our group and the layout of the home allowed us to come together but still have our own privacy when needed. Richard and Irene were great hosts… very responsive and went over and beyond in accommodating requests.

The host was very welcoming and responsive. There was an issue with the hot water and he responded immediately and even replaced the water heater right away so that we would be comfortable. We had lots of space for everyone and everything was very clean. Check in and check out were super easy and quick. The area was very quiet and a great location for what we needed. We would stay there again.

Home was convenient to Moffitt Cancer Center. It was quiet and was fully equipped. There was plenty of room for three of us to spread out into different bedrooms offering us privacy. There were a few small issues, however, the host at this property is one of the best we have encountered in our extensive travels. This host is truly concerned about his guests experience. For example, when we arrived there was no ice in the icemaker. The host delivered us a bag of ice within minutes. Now, that's a great host. Communication has been fabulous as well. I recommend this property.
