With 2 queen beds in 2 cozy bedrooms and a charming living room with the ability to sleep 2 more, this delightful retreat offers a comfortable stay for guests. Enjoy the convenience of amenities like full kitchen, nice back deck, WiFi, washer and dryer, and a beautiful park across the street. The bathroom comes fully equipped with provided shampoo and conditioner as well as hair dryer. We'll be available to answer any questions while you stay at our place.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Remove all food, drink trash. all trash to be disposed of in garbage bags and taken to trash bins outside. Additional fee for disposal apply $50.00 minimum.
All dishes are to be washed and placed where they were. Additional fee if unwashed. Please report any broken dishes. we understand accidents happen.
Place all dirty towels, sheets and outer pillow cases in the laundry room in the white laundry basket. If full, place additional in front of the washing machine. Comforters, please leave on the bed.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Remove shoes indoors. Quiet hours 10pm - 7am No opening windows September 15th - April 30th. No food or drinks except water upstairs. Extra charges.
Washer and dryer use for renting guest only and normal worn clothes. Heavily soiled hunting, fishing, work clothing not to be washed in washer.
All trash/food, bagged and taken out to trash bin at check out. ALL DISHES washed/put away where they were found. Extra cleaning fees will apply.

We enjoyed our weekend in Fairbanks! This place was close to everything we needed and across the street from a cute park. It was very clean and had plenty of extra bedding. The couch and table fit us nicely too.
