Updated studio just minutes walking from the Quicksilver lift and Main Street! Full kitchen perfect for meals at home and the covered balcony is ideal for morning coffee or evening drinks. Large closet to store your luggage and in-unit laundry makes longer stays easy. Columbine pool / hot tubs are steps away (open seasonally). Sleeps 4 w/ a comfortable pillow top mattress and pullout sofa with memory foam mattress. This studio has everything you need for a comfortable stay!
The space
• Kitchen with all the tools and appliances needed to create a full meal including a blender, crockpot, drip coffee maker and a Keurig.
• Kitchen island with a mini-fridge and 3 barstools.
• Cozy electric fireplace.
• Full bathroom.
• Walk-in closet with ample clothes storage and a mid-size fridge.
• Washer/dryer combo appliance.
• Covered balcony great for enjoying a morning coffee.
• One standard queen bed.
• One queen pull out sleeper sofa.
Great location:
• On the Blue River
• 7-10 minute walk to the Quicksilver Lift/Maggie Building (base of Peak 9) *Peak 9 may be closed early and/or late season. It is the guest's responsibility to be aware of mountain terrain statuses and operations.
• 7-10 minute walk to Main Street Station, featuring many shops and restaurants
Guests have access to the Columbine pool, located next to the north parking lot of the complex. There are 4 outdoor hot tubs and a heated pool.
• Winter hours are 12pm-9pm
• Summer hours are 10am-9pm.
• This location is closed fall and spring. Current planned pool closure dates:
- Spring Maintenance 2026: 4/26/2026 – 5/21/2026
- Fall Maintenance 2026: 9/27/26 - early or mid October
Maximum Occupancy: 4
Parking Limit: 1 - Additional vehicles or vehicles that are unable to fit in a standard parking spot will have to park at one of the overnight pay lots in Breckenridge. More information can be found at BreckPark.
The space is about 460 square feet of modern comfort. It comes with one free parking spot and you can walk most anywhere in Breckenridge right from the front door, including the Quicksilver ski lift. The pool and hot tubs are right across the parking lot but are closed in the spring and fall for scheduled maintenance.
Provided Items:
• The kitchen is fully stocked with all essentials. We also provide complimentary salt and pepper, coffee and tea, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, hand soap, dishwasher detergent, kitchen towels, and a sponge.
• The bathroom is fully stocked with necessities as well as hair dryers and full size hand soap/conditioner/shampoo/body wash. Laundry detergent is supplied for the washer and dryer.
• There is a Pack N Play travel crib located at this property. Please bring your own Pack N Play crib sheets.
