Upper Village Pool Clubhouse: • Located adjacent to the building parking lot • Heated outdoor pool • 1 Indoor hot tub • 2 Outdoor hot tubs • Open noon-8pm • This clubhouse is open seasonally and has the following 2026 CLOSURE dates: - Maintenance: Approximately mid April (likely April 12th) to the Friday before Memorial Day - Fall Maintenance: Approximately September 28th (Monday after Oktoberfest) to mid or late November.
Location: • 8-10 minute walk to Main St • 5-7 minute walk to the Snowflake Lift*. There is a full service ticket window and ski shop, Charter Sports, there as well. Snowflake Chair will take you to Peak 8. • 5-7 minute walk to the Quicksilver Lift* *Snowflake Lift and/or Quicksilver Lift may be closed early and/or late season and are subject to snowpack and mountain conditions. It is the guest's responsibility to be aware of mountain terrain statuses and operations. • Adjacent to the Upper Village Pool, easily walkable • Nearest bus stop is across from Sundowner entrance on 4 O'Clock Road. This bus will go to the Snowflake Lift and on to Beaver Run (peak 9). •*While not a true ski-in/out right up to the door, the condo is a short walk to the Snowflake Lift on 4 O'Clock Rd, or, you can access the free shuttle from the nearby stop. *Ski-in only possible when Lower 4 O'Clock Run or Peak 9 are OPEN* • Ample summer trails within a short walk from this property, including the Sawmill Reservoir Trail which starts at the Snowflake Lift and follows a beautiful stream up to a reservoir with great views.
Maximum Occupancy: 4 Parking Limit: 1 - Additional vehicles or vehicles that are unable to fit in a standard parking spot will have to park at one of the overnight pay lots in Breckenridge; Airport Rd or the Ice Rink Lot. More information can be found at BreckPark.

We also provide complimentary salt and pepper, coffee and tea, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, hand soap, dishwasher detergent, kitchen towels, and a sponge. • The bathroom is fully stocked with necessities as well as hairdryers and full size hand soap/conditioner/shampoo/body wash. Laundry detergent is supplied for the washer and dryer. • There is a Pack N Play travel crib located at this property. Please bring your own Pack N Play crib sheets. • Hot tub towels are provided

Please refer to the Good Neighbor Guidelines posted in the unit on what is required from renters. » Pets are strictly prohibited per the HOA. » Weather in the mountains can be unpredictable, and travel disruptions may occur. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance, as we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations or interruptions due to circumstances beyond our control.
