The property was beautiful. The room almost brand new. Check in super simple with a couple door codes. Rooms absolutely immaculate. Bed super comfortable beautiful views all around. Air-conditioning worked great. Was very hot when we first arrived, but the room was fresh and cool. Smelled clean and wonderful. Definitely a little trip to get out there, but worth the trip. Nice amenities in the bathroom. Microwave, Keurig machine and tea pot. Elkay water dispenser in the hallway. Mini fridge. Hosts/ owners were friendly and discreet.

Everything was perfect in every way. Bill and Bobbi have created a beautiful, peaceful, and luxurious villa with panoramic views of the area. The villa has air conditioning, as well as a spacious deck overlooking the rolling hills, oaks, and vineyards below.

The space is gorgeous, as pictured. Bobbi and Bill were very sweet, and great at communicating before and during my stay, giving me their recommendations for wine, coffee shops, and where to watch the World Cup! The room itself was very clean and had more amenities than I could need for my stay (there’s a mini fridge, Keurig, microwave, and dishes!), and the decor was welcoming and comfy (I don’t know what the air freshener was but it was subtle and lovely like a spa!). The suite shares a wall with another suite, but I didn’t hear much to disturb the quiet.Things to keep in mind:- The 1.3 miles of road leading to the villa is unpaved but mostly flat. It’s also very dark at night! Read road signs carefully when navigating to/from the property, especially if your cell service sucks.- If you have an EV and will be arriving late at night (as I did), ask beforehand where the charger is.
