Property has everything we needed for a few families to get together for a wedding weekend. Property was clean and the kitchen well stocked. Some minor feedback would be that the library room needs blinds if it is reasonably to be used as a bedroom, the comforters on the beds left a bit to be desired, and the garage keypad didn’t seem to work. Overall we were happy and the house functioned exactly as we needed.

We loved that we could easily sleep a large crowd and that there were so many bathrooms with showers. The large kitchen and the presence of the washer and dryer took care of all our needs and allowed extended family to stay together when we came to the Manti area for a wedding. We appreciated being able to have our pets stay too. The home is lovely and comfortable.

We were excited for our annual riding trip with family..but we were unpleasantly surprised by the conditions of the house. First off I hate to write a poor review, but we stay at multiple VRBO’s a year. This was the most unclean home we have EVER stayed in. Upon arrival we found wet towel/rugs in the dryer. The rugs had fallen apart and the backing was everywhere! So the first thing we had to do was clean that. Within the first hour we had many things arise. My nephew came upstairs and said there was a used bandaid in the playroom he also found a half drank water bottle. There were crumbs of potato chips all over the floor.In the master bathroom there was dark hair and water still left on the shower floor. The door knobs and kitchen hardware were sticky and dirty. I contacted the host and explained our concerns and he was great about it. He said she would come the next morning to fix it all.When we got back from our ride the only way we knew she was there was she had taken the towels we folded and put the em in the downstairs bathroom. Everything else had not been touched. Downstairs rooms beds weren’t made. Needless to say it needs a really GOOD deep clean!

Upon arriving at the home, entry was quick and easy. At first look the home was in good order. The home is marketed as a large home that sleeps 16. It does very comfortably sleep 16 but there are multiple other areas that don't work for a large group. Cooking and mealtime if you intend to use the home for that was difficult. Silverware for only 10, Seating for only 11, Big enough cooking pans and other various items you would need not there. The other primary problem that needs to be addressed is hot water heaters(There are 2) which clearly were not functioning well because of age I'm certain. Two should be enough but only 3-4 people could shower followed by about 2 hours of waiting for them to rebuild hot water. This doesn't work for a large group either. The home has some good perks also. Its clean, the beds are comfortable, multiple media spaces in separate parts of home and the slide/play area in basement for children is great. The home has a lot of potential to be a great place for large groups. Its marketed for large groups but there are some problematic shortcomings the host needs to resolve going forward. Bottom line would I stay here again...Only If the above mentioned problems were taken care of.

This property was perfect for our family and it is in a great location. It is a perfect property for children because of the slide and play area inside the house and another play area and trampoline in the backyard. It is well stocked with the items that we needed and when we couldn't find the iron, the owner ordered an iron for us and had it delivered! We were able to communicate easily with the owner and we had a five star experience in all areas.
