This home is positioned at the very front row on the Maui Kamaole knoll, has spectacular panoramic ocean/sunset views and is known to have one of the better views than the other units at this resort. Being one of the largest homes at Maui Kamaole with its unique interior design it has an interior square footage 18 % larger than the vast majority of other two-bedroom homes. The home has the second highest number of five star reviews (over 170 ) of the two bedroom, two bath homes at Maui Kamaole on the this site. With its unique floor plan, this home has become one of the most popular homes at Maui Kamaole.

The home features easy entry and exit from the resort. Newly renovated, it has updated minisplit air conditioners for modulated air conditioning, additional ceiling fans, washer and dryer, flat screen TVs and new furnishings. The three lanais have been totally replaced for your outdoor enjoyment.

The full glass wall facing towards the ocean view allows the light of day to brighten the living areas. The front row of the property location providies unforgettable Maui sunsets. Some of Maui's best beaches, restaurants and shopping are in the neighborhood.

Many of our guests have expressed this remodeled 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom luxury condo of having the feel of being at home yet in a totally relaxing vacation setting.

Maui Kamaole Resort Condominiums is one of Kihei's premier vacation properties located close to the border of Wailea. It is on the sunny and drier part of the island and is widely noted for its beautiful and exceptionally maintained tropical grounds and amenities.

The condo is located across the street from both the famed Maui Kamaole III Beach which includes a play area and a large grassy picnic area, great for children and the Kihei small boat harbor where daily snorkeling adventures to the marine preserve at Molikini Island departs.

Just a couple of blocks walk from the condo is the large, lightly populated Keawakapu Beach where you can enjoy swimming, snorkeling, watching the sunset, or just relaxing on the white sand beach.

During the winter season the varied local beaches provide outstanding viewing opportunities of the many humpback whales who have made their annual journey from the cold Alaskan waters as you have also arrived to enjoy Maui's warm waters.

You are just minutes from the Shops at Wailea, boasting world class shopping, award-winning dining and from the renowned golf courses of Wailea and Makena. Grocery shopping and other restaurants are all close by.

Our townhouse styled condo with an easy, individually coded key-less entry is furnished with all the comforts of home including a king-sized bed in both bedrooms. While there is no sofa/bed in the living area there is very comfortable sectional furniture provided which should not be used as a sleeping facility.

The living and dining areas are spacious as accented by the high vaulted ceilings. The fully equipped kitchen provides many opportunities to prepare memorable leisurely breakfasts, cocktail hours and dinners on the private main lanai. All while enjoying the varied ocean views from the morning sun, highlighting the ocean to the famous Maui sunsets with the opportunity to observe the "green flash" at sunset. For the quiet times, they can be enjoyed on each of the lanais adjacent to the two bedrooms.

The unit is spacious and luxurious with just about everything you will need for the beach or relaxing at your Maui home away from home.

Also provided is complimentary US/Canadian telephone service, complimentary high speed Wi-Fi internet in the apartment as well as Wi-Fi internet service poolside.

The spaciousness of the condo will ensure your comfort and enjoyment while vacationing at this home.

Three individually controlled air-conditioners, including three very quiet mini-split systems and multiple ceiling fans ensure comfortable cooling and refreshing air movement throughout the condo. Large wall mounted TVs are in each bedroom and living area.

Beach towels are included and the lanai beach amenity closet has a plentiful supply of beach chairs, sun umbrellas, boogie boards, beach mats, sand pails, sand shovels, molds for the kiddies and varied snorkeling equipment.

The reserved parking space is just a few steps from the entrance to your condo. The low-density complex is spectacular with exceptionally maintained lush tropical landscaping, two large, heated pools with Jacuzzis with adjacent cabanas, tennis courts, and gas BBQ grills conveniently located throughout the property.

Per Hawaiian State law the entire home including the lanais, property common areas are non-smoking. There are designated outdoor smoking areas depicted on signage on the property, literature in the home as well as having been forwarded by your host. Violations of the no smoking areas will result in fines of $500.00 or more by the Homeowner's association.

As there are no elevators in this townhouse design the home is not ADA compliant.

Although Karen and I enjoy the Pacific Northwest living in the Seattle, WA area we have found the times spent over the past years at our home at Maui Kamaole to be the little bit of Paradise we are fortunate to be able to share with others.

Why they chose this property

We fell in love with Maui Kamaole and the island of Maui after visiting the other major Hawaiian Islands and finding although all are a bit different, Maui truly had the Aloha Spirit, the best and most beaches, shopping, restaurants and sightseeing opportunities all easily accessible or the tranquil environments for quiet and rest. Maui Kamaole’s very low-density property, close location to great beaches, lush landscaping, tranquility and the enthusiasm of the staff convinced us this is truly our home away from home and wanted to share this opportunity so others could also enjoy this slice of Paradise.

What makes this property unique

While our condo is an upstairs unit with over 1244 square feet of living space it is quite comfortable with two separate bedrooms and bathrooms with king size beds in each. Both bedroom areas have adjacent private lanais for those quiet times of reading while the tropical breeze passes through the lanais overlooking the lush tropical vegetation.

Maui Kamaole is directly across the street from the beachside walking passages extending from Wailea to Kalama Park, approximately 4 miles in distance.
