Great neighborhood with a cute house. Host was great with communication and very accommodating. Grocery store close by as well as a Starbucks just down the street.

It was a pleasure hosting Kyle and his family. I knew that my home was in good hands from the very first moment we communicated. They were excellent guests: pleasant to communicate with, and looked after our home perfectly. We are grateful for their visit, and they are certainly welcome back.

The booking, check in, bottles of water, and location were all great. BUT, the property is obviously under some renovation or new ownership. We were able to look beyond the cosmetic issues initially but not how dirty the house was. None of the mirrors were clean, there was clumps of dirt in the kitchen, the microwave was not wiped down, the outside of the fridge was tacky and looked to never been cleaned, the carpet was stained (white rug in master was great!), Jack and Jill bathroom doors kept opening so no real privacy, pictures in 2nd bedroom fell on my friend during the night, light in foyer blew out, master shower rod almost falling out of wall, flooring in front of master toilet sounds and felt like it was about to fall through, and again, this was in addition to the cosmetic condition of the house. All the flooring should be replaced, all interior doors scrubbed and painted, there was obvious water damage on walls, needs PAINT, not to mention the dishwasher wasn’t bolted to wall so literally pulled out when opening door, air fryer did not work properly, paper goods (although appreciated) should be put away and not left on counter. And since I’m providing feedback.. remove some of the 80’s decor. Keep things CLEAN, simple, and comfortable and you will have a successful rental.Lastly, there were no check out instructions provided so we left the house as we found it. The property has potential BUT needs lots of work before rented again.
