The house was nice and the space outdoors was ample. Everyone had their own area which was nice since we had 3 families staying. The distance to downtown is walkable which was great. Only complaints were, the AC was not great and there is no washer and dryer. All in all, we had a great stay.

This is a gem in Boerne! First thing I’ll say is that everything in the listing is 100% correct and accurate. In fact, the place looks even better than the pictures! The house is 4 individual suites - 2 that are 2BR and 2 that are 1 BR. All suites come with bathroom and microwave and fridge. Plus there’s a separate kitchenette everyone can meet up in and a lovely backyard and a front porch. Plenty of space for parking. Walking distance to great restaurants and shops and the river. It felt cozy and safe. Access was super easy. Communications with the host was excellent. They would reply within minutes. We enjoyed our stay and will be back!

The home was clean and the beds were so comfortable. The location was perfect and very accessible. However, the listing said "dishwasher and pool." There wasn't a kitchen to house a dishwasher nor was there a pool. We never could get the upstair's tv to stream with the home's internet and had to use our personal hotspot to watch football. We still enjoyed our stay.

Awesome stay! The house was well suited for our needs, serving as home base for sleep and showering when we were in town for a wedding & to visit family. Derek & Lauren were incredibly kind, communicative, and responsive hosts. I pointed out a very few minor maintenance issues when we arrived, and Derek insisted on sending someone over to take care of the issues, even after I said they wouldn't affect our experience there; he had someone there in an hour, and took care of everything. The house was clean, beds were comfortable, and the location was perfect. Everything Main Street has to offer is just a short walk away. I would 100% recommend staying here!
