Fabulous Ocean and Garden View – one of the BEST views on the property. There is new furniture and a king bed in the master bedroom, the loft has new furniture and a queen bed. Downstairs, the bedroom has new furniture with a king bed. The living room has wood flooring, new chairs, and a new sleeper sofa. The kitchen & both baths have been updated including tile flooring in the bath areas. There are flat screen TVs in the living room and the master bedroom. This family-friendly condo has a lot to offer!

Great Saty!

Comfortable king beds, plenty of beach amenities in the patio closet. Clean pools and BBQ areas. Great view. Close to the beach. Would recommend and stay again!

A little piece of paradise

This unit was the perfect location for our trip to Maui. We were just steps from the pool and beach, as well as great local restaurants and shops. The unit accommodated all of us easily and had most of the things we needed for a great stay. Thanks!

Don't need to go to hotels

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Many asians wants to go to hotels when they visit Hawaii. However, with this experience of staying at condo, I say its much better here. Especially unit that Ive stayed has a beautiful view and quite accommodation. I really recommend here.

Easy access to great beaches, sunset, barbecues, pools, and Kihei town. This particular unit is well decorated, and has a nice partial ocean view. It’s a bit run down, and could have been better stocked with household products, but overall we were happy.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the vacation rental at Hale Kamaole was great. Couldn't beat the location. Overall the suite we rented was good. Great view off the balcony. The carpet going upstairs needs to be replaced as it was dirty and worn. Beds were good. Appliances need to be replaced. Fridge leaked a lot so you had to keep a bowl in the fridge to catch all the water. Stove was older but worked fine. Pots and pans need to be replaced. The handles on the pots were heavy so you couldn't keep it sitting on the heating eleement. Washer and drier were new and great. Walls don't have any insulation in them so if you have noisy neighbors that might be a problem. Lots of parking which was nice and easy access to the main highway made getting around easy. Property management office and employees were very friendly and helpful if you had any questions or concerns. The grounds were well kept, with the grills and swimming pools very clean. Overall a fantastic place to stay. Thank you for the enjoyable vacation.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented the condo for 5 weeks to visit our daughter and wait for the arrival of her first baby. It was an excellent home away from home! The condo is clean and well stocked with linens, cookware, beach towels as well as toys and chairs for the beach. The most beautiful beaches are just a short walk away and within a 15 or 20 minute walk you can find shops and restaurants. The pool was nice to have and was never crowded. It was well-maintained and very clean. We had one maintenance issue early in our stay and it was addressed almost immediately. Even though we weren’t there for a vacation, the complex offers a concierge for booking excursions.

Reviewer Comments: We were disappointed to find that the elevator was not nextto our unit has promised. We booked thru the resort and were told there would not be a lot of walking forour elderly parents. The upstairs floor was super creaky and their room was below us. Our bed was too soft and squishy. The scaffolding and workers all around our unit was cumbersome and frustrating. I wouldn’t stay here again. The view from lanai was the best part. The closeness of the beach is nice and the pool was fine but for the price there’s better options in the area.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: What an awesome condo! On site staff were fantastic to deal with. A few small problems were taken care of in a reasonable amount of time. The condo is well stocked, basically just bring your clothes. They had beach towels, snorkeling gear, beach chairs, boogie boards etc. I did mention to staff that the carpets needed cleaning, otherwise no complaints. Would definitely rent this place again

Neat, clean, lanai closet fully stocked with plenty of beach toys. This rental unit was centrally located for all the wedding events as well as easy day trips around Maui.Our family was able to make use of the outdoor bar b ques and all 30 of us enjoyed a fun filled evening before the wedding!This location allowed me to walk to both Kihei and Wailea for shops, beaches and dining.The week went by too fast but we will be back.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall stay for family of 6 was great. The condo is in a great location right across from the beach and had a great view of the sunsets from the balcony. It is on the 3rd floor so you have to climb 2 flights of stairs to get to the condo, but there is an elevator as well. The condo was clean and furniture in great shape. Kitchen was well stocked and the patio closet was stocked with many beach items. A couple minor things to address is the screen door lock isn’t working, and one of the pendant lights still flickers as mentioned in a previous review. Although there are multiple ceiling fans throughout, only the bedrooms have an ac unit so the condo can be warm. I contacted the management staff because of Wi-Fi issues and someone came very quick to resolve the issue.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall good experience. It is in a nice location, close to the beach and restaurants . Quiet neighbourhood. It was nice the condo had knee boards and beach chairs to use as well. Pool looked nice, but we didn't use it. However, some things that could be improved. There were no extra garbage bags in the condo, not one. No dishwasher soap at all. One of the kitchen LED kitchen lights was flickering and needed to be replaced, which was annoying, so we ended up removing the bulb. No WIFI password on arrival, we had to phone the office to get it, which is odd. It would be much easier if the password was left in the condo, such as stuck on the fridge or on the coffee table. Wrong coffee filters were left for the coffee maker. The walls of the condo are paper thin, so you can hear your neighbours very well.

A Great Little “Home” for a Week

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our unit was conveniently close to the pool. It was clean and spacious. The bedrooms could use some blackout curtains or sound deadening drapes as the rooms get quite bright in the morning and the sounds of the birds/roosters/recycling trucks are quite noisy. A floor or tower fan in the living room would also be nice as it can get really warm and the ceiling fan is unable to move enough hot air out to the lanai. The mattresses are very comfy but ultimately too soft for a good night’s sleep, but that is subjective to the sleeper.

Great lanai with view

The highlight of the condo was the fabulous view and large table on the lanai. We spent a lot of time out there, great sunset view. Upstairs bed could be firmer. Kitchen had good prep space for its size, good set of knives and pots/pans. Overall, condo was great, and as advertised.

Great condo

Very nice condo in Kihei about 5 min drive from Wailea. Few minute walk to Kam 3 beach. Plenty of convenient food options nearby for both takeout and dine in.
