Hale Kamaole 156 Ground floor condo, easy access to best beach on Maui!

Cozy One Bedroom unit with both Ocean and Garden View, overlooking tennis court, close to pool and BBQ. Well appointed living room, with couch and two lazy boys providing comfortable viewing of the very large flat screen TV - especially after a long day in the sun! Bedroom has king bed, dresser and two nights stands with TV. New windows in the bedroom with slide opening for more fresh air. Walk in shower enclosure. Kitchen and bathroom have granite counter tops and all new cabinets.

A Perfect Stay In Paradise

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: HK 156 was a perfect stay in paradise. These condos are very centrally located and within easy walking distance, just across the road, to the beach. We really enjoyed our 3 week stay this past November. The condo is really well set up and more than met our needs. There were beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers and ice packs all of which we made use off. We also used the lounge chairs a lot on the lanai. This is a ground level unit next to the tennis/pickleball court, the upper pool and BBQs. We used the BBQs most evenings enjoying the comraderies and comparing motes on what the island has to offer.The office staff were great. Very friendly and helpful. They gave us a discount coupon for Foodland which we used a lot. Kudos to the grounds keepers for the great job they do grooming and keeping the lawns and shrubs looking so stunning. We have stayed at the Hale Kamaole numerous times and it never disappoints. We would definitely recommend the Hale Kamaole condos and also unit HK 156. Mahalo.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit was well stocked with some essential dry goods and loads of towels , soaps, and items for the beach. Our only complaint was that the TV did not work for five days until Robert and the cable guy finally installed a new cable box.

Beach equipment provided were all in good condition and included beach chairs, hard sided coolers, boogie boards and even surf boards! Thank you for sharing your awesome condo with us!

Check out and TVs

Property and site were wonderful and one of the best we have stayed at in Maui (6 trips). Two minor problems - check out time was 11:00. When we returned to the condo at 10:15 to get our luggage we were locked out. Also. there were no instructions on how to work the TVs - Two TVs and 5 remotes.
