This third floor Hale Kai O'Kihei 309 unit is located in the middle of the building and looks directly over the ocean in both directions. You will enjoy postcard perfect sunsets and ocean views from your lanai and enjoy having all of the amenities of home at this condo.

My husband and I had a wonderful time here! The location is amazing, with stunning views and it’s right in the heart of great food spots. We’ll definitely be back! The bed was super comfy, the amenities were nice, and we even did laundry downstairs. The hosts were great to communicate with, and it was easy to check in and out. Others had left a few beach chairs and snorkel fins, which was a bonus. We had a 10/10 experience and can’t wait to come back!

The unit had been recently updated, all except the A/c unit and balcony rug, and the view was wonderful. We watched whales everyday. The condo is very convenient to lots of walkable restaurants.

Nice ocean view. The condo is actually more of a studio since there is no door to the bedroom at the front of the unit. A/c was nice to have and did keep the unit cool. Had all the kitchen amenities and a few spices which was nice. It also had chairs and towels for the beach which was also nice although the beach was a bit rough/windy for swimming at the time of our stay. The biggest issue was the hatch of bugs throughout the entire unit on our last night and morning before departure making it very unpleasant.

We love Hale O' Kiehi because of it's great location, right on the beach, and walking distance to restaurants groceries and Long's drugstore. The condo had all the required amenities and was clean and nice. Nice touch that condo mgmt provided some coffee and snack.

Amazing location. Property just as promised. Clean and comfortable. We ended up on the pull out couch to sleep to the sound of the ocean. Amazingly comfortable sofa sleeper!

Loved the view,parking was very good the unit was described as in need of updating and it most defiantly was. Price was fair and like I said that view is not surpassed any place on the island.

Location couldn’t be better

The location was ideal. The patio overlooks the beach and we spent many morning having our coffee and enjoying the fantastic view. Easy walking distance to food and shops. The unit was as advertised a little dated which was fine but it needed a more in depth cleaning.

Great time!

This is the best location on island. Sunset view was amazing. Nice and quiet. The furnishings of the apartment are worn out but there is everything you need and the place has a beautiful relaxing atmosphere. I highly recommend.

amazing ocean view

We really enjoyed the ocean view from our 3rd floor lanai, watching whales. Evening turtle visits were a short walk down the beach. This was our second year in a row at this unit. The condo building manager was very attentive, and the other tenants were super social.

Great option for an oceanfront view!

The oceanfront view of this spot did not disappoint. I wish we could have stayed longer. The pool was also nice. Others staying in the complex seemed like a combination of regulars and tourists, everyone was friendly. This spot is also walking distance from some excellent food options, supermarket etc. Parking was easy every time. I would definitely come back.

This is a perfect low-key condo on the beach. It hasn't been updated in decades, but they are very clear about that up front, so if that doesn't bother you, you'll love it. There's tons of space compared to a hotel room at the same price, so you can spread out a little. The people were very nice to deal with. The beach is beautiful and the water is fairly calm, and Kihei is a nice little town with good food very close by.
