Overall the place met expectations. We have stayed in the area a few times before and always pick places with beachfront views and easy access to the sand. Pool was empty each time we used it and beach always had room to spread out. Unit was stocked well and comfortable. My warning is for anyone traveling with small children: the railing are not to current code. We were given a gate to block off the balcony but since it is in the middle of two stairways on the 3rd floor we had to be very careful with the kids walking to the room along the exterior railings.

Stay was everything we'd hoped. All went according to plan and super smooth. Unit was perfect for our party. Amazing sunsets every night from the balcony. Clean and well kept. Communication with host and property manager was seamless. Only 2 negatives...3 flights of stairs to access unit (no elevator) and beach wasn't the best for swimming...but would stay again.

I would book again just for the views from the lanai! Convenient location to explore the full island and the property looks exactly like the listing. Well stocked with everything that we needed.

Aloha and mahalo for your review, its nice to hear that you found the kitchen well stocked and enjoyed the view! We sometimes find it hard to go out exploring as relaxing on the lanai with the ocean view just anchors us there. Sorry I didn't reply sooner, but I got it now! I hope you'll return to spend more time in Paradise and on the lanai!

The location of unit is great. It is directly on the beach with spectacular views, particularly at sunset. There were some issues with the keys at check in and a leaking a/c unit but the management company quickly resolved the issues. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and lool forward to returning sometime soon.

Aloha and mahalo for your review and for renting my condo. I seemed to miss responding to this review, better late than never. I'm so glad you loved the view and location and so enjoyed your stay. Occasionally, the A/C gets overworked and the condensation pump gets plugged. I'm glad it could be remedied quickly. I hope you can return, you're welcome!

This unit was exactly as described and kitchen had everything we needed for cooking and grilling on the outside grill. While there was a pool downstairs, we opted for a swim in the ocean - the beach is a 1 min walk.we spend a week exploring the island and loved having a balcony to eat breakfast and dinner (while watching the sunset).

This was a great place to stay, it had everything that we could have wanted and was very clean. Walking distance to the grocery store and restaurants, plenty of beach gear to use during your stay, and you cannot beat the sunsets on the Lanai and morning swims at the beach!

Aloha Kentucky guests! Thank you so much for your wonderful review. Alway happy when people from such a lovely state visit our condo. I lived in Lexington for 11 years including 4 attending UK! Hope that's not a bad thing LOL. I'm so glad you found all you "could ever need" for an amazing stay. There is so much to see and do on Maui, our central location helps cut down on travel time and usually avoids the high traffic areas. Hope you will visit again. Mahalo.

we met our adult daughter in Maui so the 2 bedroom set up was perfect. Location was wonderful

We loved it; so quiet, right on the beach, near restaurants. Sitting on the balcony every night watching the sun set. You can hear the ocean. We can't wait to go back
