• POOL HEAT - OPTIONAL
1-Cost: $35 per day.
2-Minimum: 2 consecutive days.
3-Temperature will not exceed 95F.
4-Must be requested 48h in advance.
5-Heater works through HEAT EXCHANGE and WILL NOT WORK in cold weather. If you still would like to heat the pool during cold conditions and it does not reach the desired temperature, we will not be able to offer a refund.

The pool heater pumps have a safety system that prevents overheating of the element when the pump is working overtime in cold weather. It automatically shuts off briefly until the pump can regain its functionality efficiently.
Keep in mind this service is optional and may not be available at times.

We do provide a small welcome kit to get you started.

Please stop by the nearest supermarket to gather any additional items you may need for the duration of your stay.

There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.

• ONLINE PURCHASE
If the online seller uses USPS, it will not get delivered as the Post Office does not recognize vacation homes as regular addresses and the package will be returned back to the sender.
Only UPS, DHL and FEDEX delivers them.
In some resorts the packages are delivered to the clubhouse. Fees may apply.

What you Need an Want for a Stay

The home was great. Everything was clean when we arrived, and the rules and expectations were listed throughout the property. I am not one for trying to contact management for anything if I don't need to, and the home was just what we needed for our short stay. I would recommend this home to any family or small group. The rooms were nice, and towels and linens were provided. We enjoyed our stay.

Great family house!

The house was just as in the photos. It was very clean and well appointed. The management provided plenty of paper goods as well as a supply of dish soap. We really enjoyed the backyard pool and covered patio. The clubhouse pool was under renovation so while it looks amazing we didn’t get to try it out. It’s a quick walk from the house, though.

2023 Disney Vacation

Overall, a very nice experience. The house is exactly as it is appears online. Spacious and very clean. Located in a attractive gated community, the villa is conveniently located near a Walmart and a wide variety of restaurants and fast food joints. It is also, just a short drive away from the Disneyworld. The house does have the normal scuffs and some scratches that you might expect in a rental property, but all are minor and hardly noticeable. This house served our needs perfectly and we didn't even use the pool. We certainly would be happy to stay here again!

House was very clean, looks just like pictures, Owners did very well with responding when messages was sent. I checked in then went to grocery store came back and unpacked. The kids and I were very excited to get in the pool. After unpacking we headed to the pool. The pool was filled with gnats, and very dirty. Looked like the pool hasn't been cleaned the entire year. I contact the owner. For two days out of my four day stay I message the owner about the dirty pool and hundreds of gnats in the pool. Owner requested pictures I sent pictures. My sister and I dragged a towel through the pool for hours and collected a big amount of gnats out the pool. I was told someone was coming to clean the pool on the 3rd day out of our 4 days stay. They didn't come. We didn't use the pool the rest of our stay. I paid for the grill and couldn't use the grill wouldn't turn on. I contacted the owner to let them know. Owner said they would send someone over but I told them No at that point I was just ready to go and be done with the stay. Even with the amount of gnats it's almost impossible to take a picture of them gnats are very small. Pool needs cleaned out badly.

Spacious, clean, four bedroom/four bath home

Entire property was just as pictured. Nice big square dining table, big brown leather sofa and loveseat. Big screen tv. Every bedroom had its own bathroom which was a huge plus. Game room with billiard table was great except for the fact that all of the cue sticks had no felt tips and there wasn't any chalk. You need sticks with felt tips and definitely need chalk or you miscue almost every shot. The game room was a big draw since we were friends who grew up together playing games and shooting billiards but were bummed when we couldn't really play because of the cues without felt tips. But we made do. Didn't use the pool but the pool was right outside the dining/living room area and it was covered so would be great in summer. Would have appreciated hand soap dispensers in every bathroom (even if just cheap $2 ones with built in pumps) - some didn't have any and some only had small round pad of soap which really was meant for shower. The garbage bin out front is so small and not secure - saw large vultures tearing into other bins in the neighborhood. Fortunately we only had one or two bags of garbage and were able to somewhat close the bin before we left early morning to catch our flight. Hopefully no vultures got in :) But overall, we were very pleased with the property - would stay there again potentially.

Very good Rental

I really enjoyed the rental. It was very clean, beds were comfortable, and property manager answered all of our questions in timely manner. We enjoyed the heated pool during cool spring weather. The furniture and walls noted with a lot of wear & tear but overall our stay was very good.

Absolutely perfect

We stayed at the property for a week with our two children - a 6-year-old and a 3-month-old. The property was beautiful, clean and had everything we needed. Loads of space. The beds were so comfortable. Pool was lovely too. Would definitely stay again. The only thing we noticed that we missed was the ball for the football table was missing.

Very beautiful house in a gated community!

We were very impressed with how nice the house was! Very clean, nicely decorated, and felt very comfortable! The pool was very nice, but a little cold, so I would recommend paying the extra to have it heated. ;-) We had a small Issue and they took care of it right away! Last, it is a gated community with great security that is thorough! They didn’t just open the gate and asked for ID etc, so it made us feel very safe! I have marked this as a favorite and would definitely stay here again!!

Looks just like pictures

Great house, nice neighborhood. Looks just like the pictures. The only reason we are giving 4/5 stars is because the Wi-Fi stopped working after the first day. We were at Universal the first few days, so noticed it the second evening. We called on Saturday morning and was told somebody would be sent out and nobody ever showed up. The house is great, but the management response gave it one less star. FYI, During the busy season it took us 45 minutes to get to Universal Studios, because of the traffic.

Nice home!!!

My family shared this home with another family during an AAU National Basketball tournament @Disney World Wide Sports in July. It was perfect size & location for us. Close to Disney & many attractions. The Walmart less than 5 minites away was very convenient. The area was quiet & secure away from all the crowded Disney Rush...
