This condo is located in the Cresent Beach area of North Myrtle Beach. Perfect for a private, quiet family or group getaway. This condo is very close to golf courses, dinner theaters, entertainment, and shopping. This condo is close to everything while remaining private.



Conveniently located and within steps of the beach, enjoy walks on the beach, and swim in the pools. A short drive from Broadway at the Beach, Market Common, and Ripley's Aquarium. Many of the area's popular attractions, restaurants, golf courses, and shopping are a short drive away.



Getting Around:

We highly recommend using ride-sharing services such as Uber and Lyft. There is also Turo rental car service.

The door is managed by a code lock and you will not have to check-in at the front desk. You will receive this code the day of your arrival(in the welcome email that is sent to you). So no waiting in those long lines to check-in.



Your stay includes linens for beds, towels, and washcloths, also STARTER trash bags, hand soap, and toilet paper.



Umbrellas and chairs may also be rented on the beach from the lifeguards.

The location and beach accessibility were great and the view of the ocean from the unit was amazing. The unit was clean and the mattresses were decent. My reasons for not giving a 5 star reviewwas the overall condition of the unit..kind of worn out with scuffed up walls, dated bathrooms and furnishings, broken patio door (which they did fix), bad water pressure due to dirty faucet screens...that kind of thing. But for 425 a night, it was fine. We only used the outdoor pool, which was nice enough. It was partly covered so we used in during a rainstorm. The lazy river and hot tub needed resurfacing. I had the management company's direct line, and they were helpful...no issues there. I'd say overall, it's a good alternative to a hotel room, but definitely wasn't a high-end building or unit, if that's what you are looking for.

Our first experience booking through VRBO was disappointing. Communication after booking was confusing, with messages coming from multiple phone numbers instead of through the Vrbo platform, making it difficult to know who we were dealing with. When issues arose, reaching the property management company was frustrating, and customer service did not meet our expectations. While the property itself had positive aspects, the overall booking and support experience left us with less confidence in using this process for future vacations.

The property was in a great location. Access to the beach was perfect. Balcony overlooking beach was large and made for a great dolphin and sunrise watching spot. The room sizes were very nice and worked well for five adults. Not much was provided in the kitchen outside of essentials.

Our stay at Bahama Sands, managed by Big Fish Rentals, was just OK. The ocean view was beautiful, and the beds were comfortable, but the condo fell short of expectations.The biggest disappointment was communication. If you expect to speak with someone about concerns, that wasn't our experience. I repeatedly requested a phone call by text and voicemail but never received one. Text only. Most responses were brief, delayed, or felt automated. When someone in our group became ill, I requested an early checkout list and a copy of our rental agreement. I was told the checkout information would arrive on checkout day, and never received the contract despite requesting it.The kitchen was advertised as "fully equipped," but it wasn't. We found very limited cookware, no serving trays, one small worn cutting board, one kitchen towel/dishrag, no prep knives, an ill-fitting coffee pot, a four-slot toaster with one working side, and no wine glasses. A few requested items arrived Thursday; we left Friday.Some maintenance issues included sliding glass doors that were extremely difficult to open, one with no lock, sparking or non-working electrical outlets, and a second bathroom with low water pressure, no hot water. No safety handles in showers. No fan in master bath. Although maintenance was offered, we didn't want repairs disrupting our stay.Communication and maintenance issues, and lack of kitchen supplies made this condo feel poorly maintained and not as advertised for the price.

Our stay was nice but we were a little disappointed in the cleanliness of the condo. The sliding doors to the balcony were very hard to open and needed to be updated. The exhaust fan in the master bath broke on day 2 of our stay and was not able to be fixed until after we left. The views and location were great.
