The host was quick to reply and kept in contact throughout our stay. One thing that I did not like was that I could not use Discover Card for my booking. This made technology harder to handle.

The room was clean overall, but the pool and hot tub were closed for remodeling which was aggravating as we stated we were staying here for the amenities. In the master bath the hair dryer did not work, and the sink only has hot water. The sink in the kitchen was also leaking at the handset, but I was able to tighten and fix it. The lack of a kuerig coffe pot is something I would think could be upgraded fairly cheaply and would make a nice addition. The sofa cushions also had several stains on them. Overall, the room served its purpose and was clean, but to get a 5-star rating the owners need to make a few upgrades and repairs. The kids did enjoy the onsite arcade and food pantry!! We would try it again if all amenities were fully functioning.
