The condo and linens were very clean, the complex was lovely, and the location is hard to beat ... right on the Boardwalk, and walking distance to lots of restaurants, bars, and entertainment. We swam in the pool, checked out the Tiki bar, and walked and relaxed on the beach. It's beautiful. However, there is a little dampness in the condo, although it doesn't have any bad odor. I'm not sure where it's coming from. We used to own a 2 bd/2 ba condo on the beach a few miles north and had no issues. Also it would have been nice to have more utensils. If you like to drink coffee, eat cereal, or ice cream, make sure you bring your own spoons - there was only one in the drawer. A paper towel roll and a box of Kleenex to start us off would have been good too. There is dishwashing liquid, but no way to drain (except leaving them in the sink, which is a good size) or wipe dry crockery or utensils after washing them. If you are unlucky enough to spill something, there is no way to clean it up. Also, the managment company sends lots of confusing, conflicting automated messages which wasn't great. However, the person who was answering our texts (maybe Julie?) did a good job. All in all, things could be improved, but it's a lovely, clean, condo, and a great (very busy, and somewhat noisy, but fun) location.
