Came here with some friends for my birthday weekend and we had a great time and loved our stay. The place was so clean and had so much space for all of us! The host was really accommodating and responded quickly to any questions I had checking in!
Stayed here for a weekend with friends while in town for a wedding — the apartment was small, but very clean and nicely furnished. Perfect for what we needed, and the host made everything easy. Would definitely recommend for a stay in the GR area and close to go out downtown!
booked this property for my birthday with some friends that came from out of state. it was such a success! perfect for groups and easy breakfast mornings. equipped with anything you might need including a washer and dryer in unit! we were very impressed. i hope to go back!
My family of 6 stayed in this beautiful remodeled unit for the week.I do want to notate this is not a handicap assessable unit. Pros:Host was VERY responsive and polite. Each bedroom had wireless charging for phones Apple Watch and AirPods. The shower was heavenly. Cookware was so good that I will be purchasing for my own home. Unit has great a/c. They have games for guests to use. Lots of towels. Easy access on and off the highway and near downtown. Lots of places to walk to like a coffee shop, convenient store, liquor store, park, dispensary and grocery store. A great place to stay if you do not have transportation. Lots of road parking. TVs in every room.Cons:Back parking is very small. I have a 20ft truck and was able to get in and out with no other vehicles but would not have been able to get in or out if other spots were in use. There were no check out instructions. Overall this was a great place to stay at a very reasonable rate. I highly recommend staying here!
Booked this little apartment for a quick trip to Michigan adventure. There was on-site parking for each of the units and you enter in a small alley to reach the side door. The door has keyless entry and lock; to enter you need to do one long flight of stairs to enter the apartment, so those would accessibility would not want to rent here. The place was very beautifully decorated and very clean cleaning supplies were there… we had enough utensils, cups and plates to serve six which was very helpful. Loved each area had TV w/many logged in Netflix/ prime/YT etc but we did have WiFi issue (mix up with password for units); it was easily corrected because the owner is very responsive. Loved that we could also control the digital thermostat. Mexican takeout spot down the road has delicious food. The main bedroom is off the living room and it has a sliding barn door; also has a door wall that has a rooftop deck that is blocked off for access. The other two bedrooms are towards the back of the apartment so you walk through the kitchen/dining past the laundry to the bedrooms. All bedrooms have a queen size bed but only one bedroom has a closet. The whole place sleeps eight but there’s only one bathroom with a small shower stall. Good for 2 night stay but needs some small additions to make it a great. It would be great to have some hanging hooks/ racks in bath and especially the bedrooms; a full length mirror; posted sign for WiFi. And the outside brush needs a little clean up.
