Appliances/TVs: Turn off all lights and any appliances, set heat at 70 and/air at 74. Ensure you log out of any applications you have logged into on the Smart TVs.
Final Walkthrough: Before leaving, do a final walkthrough of the property to ensure you haven't left any personal belongings behind.

No access is permitted to areas labeled for owner's use.
No access to the lower basement level as it is a separate unit.
